本論文之主要目的為分析與研製一應用於TRIAC調光之LED驅動電路。本論文首先分析TRIAC元件特性以及TRIAC調光器的動作原理,並探討LED燈泡接至調光器上所產生的問題。最後實作一個可取代60 W白熾燈,輸入電壓為90~135 V,且能應用於TRIAC調光之7.7 W LED驅動電路,此電路為兩級架構。前級為昇壓型轉換器作為功率因數修正器,並提供TRIAC穩定工作所需之維持電流。後級為返馳式轉換器,用於調整LED的電流。實驗結果顯示,本論文所實驗之LED驅動電路在非調光時功率因數達0.97以上,效率74%以上。使用TRIAC調光時,無閃爍現象發生,調光穩定性高。
In this thesis, the analysis and implementation of LED driver for TRIAC dimming is presented. The characteristics of the TRIAC device are analyzed and the operating principle of the TRIAC dimmer is discussed. Also, the problem of LED dimmed with TRIAC dimmer is studied. Finally, a 7.7 W LED driver for TRIAC dimming is implemented to replace a 60 W incandescent lamp with 90~135 Vrms input AC voltage range. The front-stage is a boost converter which functions as the power factor correction also provides the required holding current for TRIAC dimmer. The second stage is flyback converter which is used to regulate output LED current. The experimental results show that the power factor is over 0.97, and the efficiency is over 74%. Also, no flicker is measured and the light output is very stable with TRIAC dimmer.
