檢測電力設備的局部放電現象主要是預防設備無預警的損壞,更重要的是防止電力災害及造成爆炸等危險。本研究延續本實驗室之前開發之局部放電多通道監測系統,進一步改進性能並增加新功能。所開發的新功能主要是為了讓使用者能更便利操作所設計,其具備無人長期監控功能,可多通道的顯示完整波形及儲存波形並計數局部放電訊號。在硬體感測放大電路的補償功能可縮小因前端感測器靈敏度所引起的信號強度差異;判斷功能方面可以區分所接收的訊號為雜訊或是局部放電訊號;定位功能方面可將局部放電予以定位,進而分析波形並找出電力設備局部放電源的概略位置。因此,利用本系統可以有效地找出電力設備有無產生局部放電訊號,也可更進一步的找出放電源位置進而評估是否換新或予以維修。
Detection of partial discharge (PD) of electrical equipment mainly prevents unpredictable damage of the equipment; what’s more, it prevents dangers such as electrical hazards and explosion. This work continues the research of Multi-Channel Measurement and Analysis System for PD which developed in our laboratory, further improves its performance and adds new functions. The newly developed functions are mainly designed to operate conveniently, with function of no need for long-term monitoring by human, which can show PD waveforms with multi-channel, store the complete PD or noise waveforms, and count PD events. Compensation in hardware sensor amplifying circuit can reduce the difference of signal strength due to the sensitivity variation of sensors; judgment function can distinguish whether the received signal is noise or PD signal; locating function can be used to locate the position of PD, then to analyze waveforms and find out probability position of PD of the electrical equipment. Therefore, the system can effectively find out whether the signal is electrical equipment generated PD signal or not, can further find out location of discharge source so as to assess whether to replace a new one or to take maintenance.
