摘要
過去一些年來,維護工作從以往只維持設備持轉運轉或單純恢復原設計功能的維護方式,轉變現今強調公司整體效益的觀念,包含工作環境的整合,能源效益,產品的品質,維護成本等,維護策略有著顯著的改變,也就說,現今的維護工作,不僅需將設備快速恢復到生產,減少生產損失,並追求最經濟的維護成本與最高的運轉可靠度。
本研究首先探討各種維護策略,了解預知保養、預防保養、靠度核心設備維護管理等不同種類維護策略之差異性與共同性,另外維護實質運作上,就維護組織架構、人員編制與工作職責及電腦化維護管理系統(CMMS)等方面作探討。其次,使用電腦模擬為研究工具,以液晶玻璃製程之玻璃切割區域,控制製程環境循環的馬達設備為研究對象,在現有設備架構基礎上,分析設備可靠度及其運轉效益,同時提出不同設備的選擇方案,運用蒙地卡羅模擬法,模擬各個方案故障之機率,除考量初期建構成本、設備最終報廢成本之外,尚包含設備生命週期(Life time)期間每年生產損失、每年故障修理成本及每年的能源消耗將一併計算,作設備生命週期成本(Life Cycle Cost;LCC)的研究。最後,就各方案之生命週期的成本花費,期望以淨現值(Net Present Value;NPV)及內部報酬率法(Internal Rate of Return;IRR)來做決策依據,選出內部報酬率最高者為最佳方案。

Abstract
In the past years, equipment maintenance concept makes an extreme change. In the earlier stage, maintenance job is just troubleshooting after breakdown. However, nowadays task in maintenance is not only for system recovery quickly to reduce production loss, but also for including overall benefit, the lowest costs, and high running reliability.
The research mainly includes three portions as followings. Firstly, by understanding strategies from preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and reliability centered maintenance, we try to figure out the differentials among those strategies. In real practice, we consider the role in maintenance for organization, resource, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Secondly, the circulation motor system which control process environment in glass cutting area is as a case study. Based on currently situation, we have two proposals to examine and compare with it. In order to predictive the failure rate of motor, the research used Monte Carlo simulation method to get equipment reliability data. Except for failure rate, life cycle cost (LCC) includes to other costs, such as installation, energy, production loss, disposal, acquisition, and annual facilities cost. Finally, after filling in all raw data to spreadsheet, it gets the result by calculating net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). We compared the results to obtain the best choice by the highest internal rate of return.
