In the competitive and globalize business environment, company growth is a primary objective of organizations. Strategy would be an important factor affecting the development of companies. Companies could adopt different strategy based on the resources and capabilities they have. Therefore, this study investigate which growth strategy is appropriate for the company under their resources and capabilities. The aim of this study is to construct a performance evaluation model which helps organizations to make best decisions at the time. In order to build a comprehensive and diversity research model, corporates’ capabilities were converted into four indicators of balanced scorecard as strategy’s utility measurements and linking up with strategies through weights. This study adopts game theory approach to analyze the interaction pattern with competitors in the same industry. Furthermore, the case of Company A and Company B was presented as an example.
