本論文主要設計一個遠距會診系統,可以提供多個討論群組及多個討論端點,藉以輔助醫療會診與遠距診斷使用。系統設計並依照軟體分析與開發的流程。所設計的遠距會診系統並包含了聲音交談功能,共同視覺操作區的操作協調同步功能,醫療影像資訊交換功能,標準醫療影像存取溝通連結功能,會診過程多媒體影音記錄的儲存與播放功能。本系統是以JAVA為開發環境,具跨平台特性。並以JAVA applet為開發客戶端的程式介面來增進此系統在WWW上的使用者互動與多媒體呈現能力。
A multi-point and multi-group support web-based tele-consultation system is designed in this thesis for the purpose of medical tele-consultation and remote diagnosis support. This design is based on software analysis and development flow. As for functions, this tele-consultation system consists of the audio conference, the synchronous cooperative work with shared workspace, medical images and information exchanges and communication standards for retrieving medical images, and the storage and playback of session records. The system is based on JAVA language that is platform-independent. On developing the client program JAVA applet is applied the capabilities of user interaction and multimedia presentation on WWW.
