In the current efficiency-orientated generation, it is undoubtedly crucial for an organization to communicate complete information and experiences among members and for creating corporate strength in a positive way. Previous studies have already discussed the factors that make knowledge sharing effective among project managers; however, there is not a single study that has used a systematic review method to identify the key factors contributing to effective knowledge sharing and categorize them systematically. Thus, we adopted a systematic review method to provide useful references regarding to knowledge sharing among project management teams,by reviewing the studies during the period 1998-2016. Moreover, the study organizies and classifies the relevant dimensions through a systematic structural model (i.e., the cultural-historical activity theory,CHAT). We also further discuss the managerial implications and purpose some suggestions for future studies based on the results of this study.
