  • 本論文所設計實作的是一套互動式三度空間漫遊系統與其漫遊
    路徑的演算法,另外本論文也設計實作另一套以輪廓線為主的3D
    物件重建系統中3D 重建部份。
    在互動式3D 漫遊系統部份,我們利用醫療影像所得到的管道
    橫截面影像,透過大量的圖學及影像處理技巧,重建出整個管道的
    3D 場景,讓使用者可以在虛擬的3D 管道內遊走,以觀察管道的
    內部結構,並提供了一套演算法來產生理想的漫遊路徑,讓使用者
    在遊走時,能順著管道的中心移動。
    在輪廓線重建3D 部份,研究人員將老鼠拿去做不同的實驗,觀
    察其腦中血管分佈的不同,本系統能將血管的輪廓線重建成三維物
    件,幫助研究人員以更具體的方式去研究這些血管在鼠腦中的分佈
    情況。

    We design and implement an interactive 3D navigation system and its navigation path algorithm. Also, we design and implement the 3D reconstruct part of a contour based 3D reconstruction system.
    In the navigation system, we use the transaction data segmented from medical images and use many techniques of the image processing and computer graphics to reconstruct the 3D scene of tubular organs. Users can navigate inner it and observe the inner tructure. We also provide an algorithm for generating a suitable navigation path. In this way, user can navigate in the center of the tubular organ.
    In the 3D reconstruction system, the researchers take mice to do some experiments and observe the different distributions of blood vessels between their brains. This system can rebuild the 2D contours of blood vessels into 3D blood vessel objects. It can help users to research the
    distributions of blood vessels in the rat brain in a more concrete way.
