安全管理一直以來都是施工階段的重要議題,雖然有相關法規規範此議題,但此議題在規劃階段被探討後,到了設計階段往往被忽略,導致已經到了真正要實施安全規劃的施工階段才開始做進一步的規劃,而過去的施工安全管理以現場勘察為主,而資訊來源為2D圖面和紙本資料,僅能依照現地狀況規劃安全設施,整體而言缺乏更完整的事前規劃,大量紙本資料造成作業人員負擔加重之外,施工參與者之間的資訊交流也不易運作,也常導致資訊遺失,進而造成許多連帶風險。
目前建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)可在3D模型之上加入多維度的資訊,提供強大的擴展性,也可做到4D排程和衝突檢測的應用。
本研究以防墜落意外為例,建構施工安全檢測之模型,在設計階段做到施工現地的3D模擬,結合4D排程可更詳細知道各施工階段的安全設施需求,達到更詳細的安全設施規劃。以視覺化的方式讓相關人員能在施工前更了解現地情況,進而達到危險警示之目的。
Safety management is an important issue in the construction phase. Although there are many provisions to regulate this problem,and even this issue has been discussed in the planning stage, but it is often overlooked in the design phase, leading to the result that in construction phase they have actually further planning in this issue . In the past,construction safety management was mainly based on sitr survey,and the information source was 2D drawings and paper materials. Safety facilities can only be planned according to the local conditions. On the whole, there is a lack of more complete pre-planning.In addition to the heavy burden of the work of a large amount of paper materials,the information exchange between construction participants is not easy to operate.Often it leads to loss of information,which in turn creates many associated risks.
Bim can add multi-dimensional information on top of the 3D model,providing powerful scalability,as well as 4D scheduling and conflict detection applications.
This study takes the fall accident as an example to construct a construction safety inspection
model,which provides 3D simulation of construction site in the design stage.Combined with the 4D schedule, you can know the safety facilities requirements of each construction stage in more detail and achieve more detailed safety facilities planning. In a visual way, relevant personnel can better understand the local conditions before construction, and thus achieve the purpose of dangerous warning.
