  • 因應國際化需求及規定不斷的更新改變,船舶建造時,船級社會對於管道之工作溫度、壓力與管道流體介質進行分級。而其分級之動作將會影響該管道是否需要船級社的檢驗。本論文主要探討較常與台灣船廠接觸的船級社以及台灣財團法人驗船中心對於管道分級規定與管道材料認證的差異性。
    台灣造船廠在建造鋼殼船舶時,管道需符合鋼殼船舶入級要求,一般船舶建造標準主要以首艘船的船級社去制定相關建造標準。然而在系列船時的標準可能太低或太高,因為原始標準是依據首艘船制定的,如果標準低於船級社要求,將導致生產和後續管道檢驗不符合認證要求,如果高於標準將造成額外的施工成本。
    研究資料主要以美國驗船協會(American Bureau of Shipping, ABS)、法國驗船協會(Bureau Veritas, BV)、挪威驗船協會(Det Norske Veritas, DNV)、英國勞氏驗船協會(Lloyd's Register, LR)、日本驗船協會(Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, NK)、韓國驗船協會(Korean Register of Shipping, KR)、財團法人驗船中心(CR Classification Society)對於管道分級與管道認證的資料收集探討與比較。
    本文主要圍繞上述幾家船級社對於管道分級和管道認證要求進行探討。研究資料與比較結果可了解船級社對管道分級與管道認證要求不同,台灣造船廠制定管道標準可參考本文,並提供一些標準資料與材料購買的參考資訊。

    In response to the internationalization and the rule updates and changes. In ship construction, the Classification Society will classify the temperature, pressure of the marine pipeline and system medium requirements, the action of its classification will affect whether the pipeline needs to be inspected by the Classification Society. This subject of this study is to explore the difference of the rules for classes of piping and the piping certification among the major Classification Society and CR classification society that have frequent contact with shipyards in Taiwan.
    When the shipyards in Taiwan build the steel ships, the pipes shall be complied with rules for the classification of steel ship. In generally the formulating standards for ship, the first ship contracted Classification Society is used to formulate relevant construction standards. However, the standards of serial vessel may be too low or too high, because the original standards are formulated according to the first ship. If the standards are lower than the requirements, it will cause the pipe inspection requirements during production and subsequent Classification Society that do not follow the certification requirements, and if the standards are higher than the requirement, it will cause additional construction costs.
    The research documents are mainly collected from American Bureau of Shipping, ABS, Bureau Veritas BV, Det Norske Veritas DNV, Lloyd's Register, LR, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, NK, Korean Register of Shipping, KR, CR Classification Society, then the research documents for classes of piping and the piping certification do the comparative analysis and exploring.
    This article is focused on the above Classification Society requirements for classes of piping and the piping certification. The research documents and comparison results can be known different of requirements for the Classification Society for the classes of piping and the piping certification. The piping standards for shipyards in Taiwan can be based on this article and provide some information for piping standard and reference information for purchasing materials.
