  • 近年來商業活動日趨複雜,面對全球化與環境變動的快速競爭壓力,今日企業間競爭不再只是停留在單一企業彼此的競爭,企業本身除了控管內部的流程系統,也必須與上下游供應廠商或其他企業相互協調、緊密合作,以整合的方式來進行。然而,在公司成長發展成跨國多廠區的運作模式下,企業本身因資訊的錯誤,在供需失衡的情況下,使得成本增加、交期延宕及訂單取消等惡性的循環經營,而許多的台灣企業主都採跨國多廠區的營運模式,也同樣遭遇相同問題。因此,企業本身如何有效運籌帷幄多廠區的管理,是微利時代下企業生存最重要的一環。
    一般而言,身處製造端的企業強調是訂單、物料與產能間的供需平衡。過去業界在主生產排程系統雖是採用先進生產規劃與排程的邏輯,但多半停留在單廠區的規劃,其中很多牽涉跨國多廠區的排程邏輯皆不相同。許多企業未能清楚掌握公司經營策略延伸到生產策略,未能定義或設計問題的細節,不僅公司運作流程機制無法建立,更無法整合多廠區的生產資料庫。
    因此,本研究範圍針對製造組裝業在跨國多廠區的高複雜度,整合多廠區的生產流程並建構起來,其中結合先進生產規劃與排程的邏輯,從需求端的客戶訂單、供給端製造現場工單與供應商採購單等作業流程做細項分析管理,建立以跨國多廠區的主生產排程規劃的機制平台,讓公司擁有相同的共識下,所有的生產作業更能順暢,在銷產協調上更有效率,能快速反應訂單的變化。企業藉由供需平衡下,進而擁有成本降低、交期縮短的競爭優勢,以達到「深耕台灣、佈局全球」的國家經濟發展願景。

    Business activities become increasingly complex in recent years, including rapid globalization and competitive environment. Today, the company is no longer just to stay competitive with each other in a single enterprise, the enterprise itself, in addition to internal process control system must also be the upstream and downstream supply manufacturers or other companies to coordinate and work closely to integrate.
    However, in the company's growth and development into a multi-plants mode, information distortion make the supply and demand imbalance, more cost, delivery delay, order cancel, and other vicious cycle management. Many Taiwan’s companies have adopted the mode and also encountered the same problem. Therefore, how to the management of multi-plants is more and more important.
    In general, the business of manufacturing emphasizes materials and production capacity between supply and demand balance. In the past, although the companies use of advanced production planning and scheduling logic, but most remain in the single-plant planning. It is very different of multi-plants scheduling logic. Many companies do not clearly the company's production strategy, failed to define or design issues in detail. It not only influences the company's workflow can not be established, but not integrated multi-plants of database.
    Therefore, the scope of this study for the manufacturing and assembly industry in the multi-plants to integrate multi-plants production process and build up, which used with advanced production planning and scheduling logic to establish a system platform of multi-plants master production planning.
    When the company has the same consensus, all the production operations will be more smoothly in the marketing production, and coordination more efficient, quickly response to orders. Business by supply and demand balance will have more competitive advantages, like cost down and shorten delivery time. Finally, the company can achieve "Taiwan Location, Business the world," based on the country's economic development vision.
