隨著科技快速演進與健康意識提升,政府與產業積極推動數位轉型與運動科技創新服務。為落實全民健康與智慧場館政策,各類運動場域紛紛導入智慧健身器材、雲端預約平台與數據追蹤應用。然而,科技的實質成效仰賴使用者的接受與採用行為,特別是在公立運動場館與私人健身場所兩類型態下,使用者結構、服務內容與數位熟悉度皆有所不同,需深入探討其行為差異。
本研究以科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為理論基礎,探討不同運動場域使用者對運動科技服務之接受意願。研究對象涵蓋曾於公立運動場館或私人健身場所接觸運動科技之一般使用者,透過問卷調查法蒐集共365份有效樣本,進行相關統計分析。
研究結果顯示,知覺有用性與知覺易用性皆對使用態度具有顯著正向影響,進而影響其使用意圖。此外,不同場域類型使用者在科技接受程度上亦存在差異,私人健身場所使用者整體接受程度相對較高。本研究結果可作為公私部門推動運動科技服務及場館數位轉型之實務參考,亦補足學術領域在跨場域科技接受行為研究之不足。
This study explores users’ intentions to adopt sports technology services in different facility types—public sports facilities and private fitness centers—based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Using a structured questionnaire, the study investigates how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward use influence behavioral intention. A total of 365 valid responses were collected and analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability testing, and regression analysis. The results show that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly affect users’ attitudes, which in turn influence their intention to use sports technology. Differences were also observed between user groups across facility types, with private fitness center users showing slightly higher acceptance levels. The study concludes that understanding users’ acceptance behavior is essential for effectively promoting sports technology. It provides practical implications for optimizing digital transformation strategies and enhancing user experiences in both public and private sports settings.
