台灣早期的求職管道主要是透過報章雜誌、熟人推薦、電線桿張貼求職廣告等傳統方式為主。自1996年104人力銀行運作以後,網路招募管道逐漸廣為運用,進而取代傳統的求職管道,漸漸的網路的無遠弗屆與便利性,更助長各家人力銀行的成立,舉凡全國性、專業性人力網站甚至於政府機構推出台灣就業通,一時之間百家爭鳴,然而在這競爭劇烈的市場亦有不少人力銀行業者因經營不善黯然結束。
本研究主要探索台灣人力銀行產業的商業模式,並以 Osterwalder & Pigneur(2010) 的商業模式圖九大要素模型為基礎發展訪談問卷。本研究探討人力銀行業者之所以能夠持續經營的關鍵原因,並以台灣人力銀行產業前幾大企業選定三家作為研究個案,針對高階主管進行訪談,將訪談內容分析與歸納,藉以探討台灣人力銀行產業的商業模式及其內涵,找到長期穩定的商業獲利模式,並予以建議未來可行的營運策略。
本研究結果發現,可將台灣人力銀行產業的商業模式歸納兩種方式:(一)集中化的商業模式,其策略建議為增設企業限時回覆與求職者評價留言區,可縮短求職者等待期間並讓勞、資雙方資訊對稱。(二)多角化的商業模式,其策略建議為避免與其他產業同質性高,與應建立在現有需求避免過度的延伸,可避免產品、服務失焦以及資源的過度浪費。
Early stage of Taiwan job searching channel were mainly consisted with traditional approaches such as newspaper, recommendation through acquaintances, or posted job advertisement on the street. Ever since 1996, the first employment website “104” established on internet, internet recruitment channel has been gradually replace traditional methods of job hunting. The convenience and network of internet contributed the establishment of various job bank websites, from professional and specialty employment website to government owned. However, many of it has been come to an end due to high competiveness of this industry.
This research explore the business model of the employment website industry in Taiwan. The interview questionnaires were designed based on Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) nine major business model. As case study, this research interview with senior executives of selected top three employment website companies in Taiwan to explore the core factors of how job bank industry operate. Through analyzes and summarizes of the interview contents, stable and long-term commercial profit model and future operation strategies were been recommended.
As the result of the study, the business model of the Taiwanese employment website industry can be categorized into two types: (1) Centralized business model: the strategy proposed promptly reply time of the employers and shorten the waiting period for the job seekers. Also, make sure the employers and the job seekers have mutually shared information. (b) Diversified business model: the strategy suggesting employment website avoid high homogeneity with other. Also, to avoid excessive extension from the existing demand, provide product or service out of focus, and over waste of resources.
