  •   今日企業所處的環境變化劇烈,所面臨到的策略問題日趨複雜,且往往對於個人或組織的影響重大。如何妥善地利用既有的相關資料、資訊及知識,並佐以適當的決策模式,便成為企業或組織在資訊應用的發展上,用以提高決策績效的手段。隨著資訊科技的進步與普及,決策支援系統逐漸成為管理者用來協助進行決策的重要工具之一。然而,關於模式導向的決策支援系統,過去的文獻大多以模式來協助管理者分析並解決量化的問題,但並非所有的決策問題都能夠以量化的方式處理,有些問題甚至是質性的或者是模糊的,這類問題在過去多數是仰賴知識管理或是透過管理者的經驗與直覺來解決,故本研究以互動式網頁系統作為主軸,並於模式庫中納入多種模式,其中包括結合模糊集合理論與投資組合矩陣,可用於協助解決非結構化投資組合問題的模糊投資組合管理模式;以及結合交叉效率分析與共同權重的資料包絡分析法,並使用於分析策略移轉績效的策略移轉評量模式。本研究所建構之系統能協助管理者在面對激烈的競爭環境時,透過對企業內部資源與外部競爭者的分析,來迅速地了解企業所處的策略情境,並進一步地提出合適的決策方案。

    Nowadays, the circumstances of enterprises have experienced dramatic changes. In order to improve the performance of decision-making, how to properly use the relevant information with the appropriate decision-making model has been becoming a critical issue in the development of information application. With the progress and popularity of information technology, decision support system (DSS) has gradually become one of the important tools to assist top management in decision-making.
    Regarding to the model-driven DSS, most of the past literature has used models to help managers analyze and solve quantitative problems. However, not all decision-making problems can be solved by quantitative way, and even the nature of these problems is qualitative or vague; in the past, these problems are usually solved by a conceptual decision model which highly depend on the manager's experience and intuition. To enhance the quality of decision-making, the study use the interactive web technology to build the decision-making system, and add several mathematical models into the system, which include fuzzy portfolio management model and strategical switch assessment model to solve the portfolio problems of firm’s resources distribution, and analyze the performance of shifting strategy, respectively.
    It can help managers through analyzing the internal resources and external competitors to understand the strategic situation quickly, and further propose an appropriate strategy.
