  • 最近幾年全球鋼鐵業正面臨產能嚴重過剩、競爭激烈的問題,如何降低相關供應鏈成本、凸顯產品差異化、提升產品附加價值、穩定銷售管道、維持顧客關係,還有技術創新發展跟留住知識人才才是維繫競爭優勢的關鍵。
    當知識人才對台灣越來越重要,台灣產業界應該將員工視為重要資產並學會善待員工和瞭解員工才是提升競爭力的主要目標。
    本研究主要目的在驗證鋼鐵業員工之人格特質、工作特性、工作環境、工作滿意度與離職傾向關係,經由文獻探討、問卷調查及分析後。本研究之結論如下:
    1.人格特質對離職傾向會產生負向顯著影響。
    2.工作特性對離職傾向會產生負向顯著影響。
    3.工作環境對離職傾向會產生負向顯著影響。
    4.工作滿意度對離職傾向會產生負向顯著影響。
    5.工作滿意度對人格特質與離職傾向有部份中介效果。
    6.工作滿意度對工作特性與離職傾向有完全中介效果。
    7.工作滿意度對工作環境與離職傾向有完全中介效果。
    8. 人口統計變量與各構面會產生部分顯著影響。

    In recent years, the global steel industry is facing a serious excess capacity, competitive issues, how to reduce the cost of related supply chain, highlighting product differentiation, enhance product added value, stable sales pipeline, maintain customer relationships, as well as technological innovation and development Knowledge talent is the key to maintaining competitive advantage.
    When knowledge talent is becoming more and more important to Taiwan, Taiwanese industry should regard employees as important assets and learn to treat employees and understand employees is the main goal of enhancing competitiveness.

    The main purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the personality traits, working characteristics, working environment, job satisfaction and resignation intention of the steel industry employees, through the literature, questionnaire survey, and analysis.

    The conclusion of research as follows:

    1. Personality Traits have significant negative influence on Resignation Intention.
    2. Job Characteristics has significant negative influence on Resignation Intention.
    3. Working Environment has significant negative influence on Resignation Intention.
    4. Job Satisfaction has significant negative influence on Resignation Intention.
    5. Job Satisfaction has a part mediating effect between resignation intention and personality traits.
    6. Job satisfaction has a completely mediating effect between resignation intention and job characteristics.
    7. Job satisfaction has a completely mediating effect between resignation intention and working environment.
    8. Demographic variables have part significant influence on each dimension.
