  • 雖著網際網路速度的發展與進步,新一代的網路技術對醫療方面有著重大的改變與影響,特別是在遠鉅醫療會診系統方面。
    在本篇論文當中,我們開發了一個在負載考量條件下非常實用的遠距醫療會診系統,並支援多主機的設計。除了負載考量之外,在多主機的支援之下,我們的系統可以藉由擴充傳統遠距醫療會診系統的功能,使其支援更多的服務項目,像是協調在不同單位之間醫療影像的傳送,以及邀請其他主機上的成員來參與某次會診。在負載考量當中,具備會診轉移能力的這個設計方法,對於解決傳統單一主機設計的遠距醫療會診系在統遭遇到當系統資源不足時候遇到的困境,是非常重要的。除此之外,這個系統在於病人轉診服務上也有相當不錯的發展潛力可言。

    As the network technology becomes more advanced in increasing transmission speed, it brings a major revolution in health care. In that area, the mostly effective application is the telemedicine system.
    In this thesis, we developed a telemedicine system with multiple servers supported for load balance consideration. Beside load consideration, as the multiple servers design, our system could extend the traditional web-based telemedicine system to support more functions and services, such as the transmission of medical images between different department (units) and inviting member to join the session from other servers. The new design
    method for session transferring could solve the dilemma when there is a insufficient resource in traditional single server design telemedicine system. This system which also potentially allows easier referral for doctors and patients could be expected.
