近年來,台灣經濟快速發展情況下人民生活水準相對提高,生活需求已從原有「量的增加」進步到「質的提升」,於「行」的方面大多使用瀝青混凝土為鋪面材料,傳統瀝青混凝土於顏色樣式方面僅能呈現單一灰暗色系,顏色變化極少,較無法融入都市街道造景中,而彩色瀝青鋪面能產生較好的視覺環境並增進行車安全與順暢。為求提高周遭生活環境品質,其他先進國家已著手對如何增加瀝青混凝土顏色之多樣性進行研究,使得「都市街景改造工程」能有多樣化的鋪面材料選擇性,若於觀光休憩景點搭配植栽及照明設備,必能創造出不同於傳統的視覺性效果。
彩色的瀝青鋪路材料因為雨水、陽光紫外線、車輛磨損、用路人的不良用路行為或其他因素而褪色的情形相當常見,此種褪色現象使鋪面原有視覺效果消失,鋪面需要重新鋪築,不但維護費用增加,且亦與設計之初衷相抵觸。有鑑於此,在彩色瀝青鋪面的需求日益增高的情況下,本文特別選定國內已完成的彩色瀝青混凝土鋪面進行其顏色變化分析。
本研究主要的探討主題有以下幾點:
‧瞭解彩色瀝青混凝土顏色變化趨勢
‧量化彩色瀝青鋪面顏色變化
‧探討彩色瀝青混凝土褪色原因
本研究採用RGB色彩空間影像系統及HIS色彩空間影像系統,分析彩色柔性鋪面於短時間及長時間下顏色蛻變情形。
Recently, the living standard of Taiwanese people has improved significantly along with the economic development. Demand for living necessities has turned to “qualitative upgradation”, instead of simply “quantative increase”. When it comes to moving, asphalt concrete is widely used as the pavement material. However, conventional asphalt concrete pavements are gray and lack of color varieties, which find it difficult merging into street landscape in the city. Colored pavements, on the other hand, create great visual environment and promote driving safety and smoothness. In order to improve the quality of our living environment, many advanced countries have begun the study of diversity of colored asphalt concretes and offered more selectivity of the pavement materials in the “Reconstruciton Engineering of City Street Landscape”. Distinct visual effect, as compared to conventional ones, can be created at tourist spots if plants and light equipment are combined..
Decoloration of colored asphalt concrete pavements is quite common because of rain, UV (from sunlight), wear-out (from vehicles), improper usage (from passengers) and other reasons. Visual effect disappears and redo to the pavements is required. Maintenance cost increases and contradicts the original design will. As the demand for colored asphalt concrete pavements increase day by day, we begin the analyses of color change on colored pavements.
Key areas focused in this research are:
‧Understanding the trend of the color change of the colored asphalt concrete
‧Quantify the color change of the colored asphalt concrete pavements
‧Study of the root causes of the decoloration of colored asphalt concrete pavements
RGB color space system and HIS (color space system) were used in this study to analyze the color degradation of the colored flexible pavements in short and long time span.
