心血管系統為人類維持生命的重要循環系統之一,如何檢測它們是否處於健康狀態是一個很重要的課題。目前市面上充斥著各式各樣的生理監測系統,大部份使用的是有線錄製系統,並將資料存放於多媒體儲存裝置內。本論文將結合無線傳輸系統,開發出一套可以輕易裝設及卸下之無線腕式生理記錄器,用來記錄人體血氧濃度和心率變化。此外,記錄器內部另有裝設加速規記錄手部動作,可用來去除手部動作雜訊造成的血氧量測誤判,同時也可以做為日常生活的活動量記錄器。此記錄器提供了輕便的生理訊號記錄功能,由於系統為多個模組整合而成,未來可使用新的演算法和新的感測器做出一套新的系統來。
The cardiovascular system is an important circulatory system for human, it is a big issue to diagnose whether people are healthy or not; there are many kinds of physiological monitoring devices on the market, most of them are wired system and stored on the multimedia storage device.
In this thesis, the system is designed in a wireless transmission module, and developed a real-time signal monitoring system. The wireless wrist physiological monitoring device records the signals, such as SpO2, heart rate, and tri-axis accelerometer. The accelerometer is used for bypassing the moving artifact; it is used for recording the actigraphy as an acti-watch.
The device is an easy-to-use recording system; it is integrated by modules, and can be modified into another recording system using the new sensors or algorithms.
