由於社會的快速發展,使現代人工作量大,因此許多人有熬夜的情形。在這狀況下容易使自律神經系統失調,對身體會造成某種程度的影響。
本論文主要是量測與分析正常作息者和經常熬夜族群者的心率變異、經絡能量分佈,並做生理參數之間的分析。本論文之實驗系統是以PC為基礎,將各生理參數之量測模組化,所量測的信號傳至PC中,並以LabVIEW圖控軟體做訊號處理,來找出受測者的生理變化趨勢。本論文亦針熬夜者透過遠紅外線艙的照射之後,評估其疲勞改善之情形。實驗亦配合睡眠量表的填寫來驗證,使結果更具代表性。
As the rapid development of modern society, the work load of the people increases rapidly, more and more people must shorten their sleep time to complete their works. Suffered from sleeplessness for a long time, it may cause disorder of autonomic nervous system and harm body health. The thesis focuses on measuring and analyzing the individual HRV and Ryodoraku of normal-living and sleepless people. The PC-based
experimental system in this thesis measures the related physiological parameters with the corresponding modules and transfers the signals in to PC. By processing these data acquired with LabVIEW program, we can find the physiological variations of each person under test. We also
evaluate the recovery condition from fatigue after the exposure of far infrared rays. To verify the experimental results, we use the sleep form filled out by each person under test after the experiment.
