在現代的社會裡,壓力無時無刻存在著。雖然適度的壓力可以促進成長提升成就及表現,但若過度的壓力並且無法找到適當的方法來宣洩,則將產生焦慮、憂鬱、失眠…等種種身心方面的狀況。因此若能找到一種簡單又有效的方法,迅速改善壓力對身心狀況所造成的影響,則不但可以將壓力轉為助力,也能悠遊於壓力之間。在練習放鬆技巧的同時,不僅可以讓生活過的更有品質,同時也可以讓身心更健康,進而在壓力消除之後,更可以達到提升創意,激發潛能。
目前一般常用的放鬆練習法有非常的多種,如超覺靜坐、練氣功、呼吸練習…等。本研究主要是針對呼吸練習,提出一套以PC為基礎之呼吸練習用生理回饋系統,主要是幫助練習者透過本系統的輔助快速達到放鬆的目的。系統主要是透過量測呼吸、末梢體溫、心跳的模組進行量測,並結合LabView、資料庫、JAVA來做資料分析、資料處理,分析練習者的呼吸練習狀況,再利用聲音回饋,幫助練習者快速達到放鬆的效果。
In the modern society, The pressure on human body exists at any time and anywhere. Although the appropriate pressure can improve maturation, advance the achievement and performance, overmuch stress and without adequate way to abreact it will induce some body and mind conditions which include anxiety, blueness and insomnolence…etc.. If we can find out a simple and effective method to improve these problems, then not only can we transform the pressure into helpfulness to us, but also enjoy it. During the period of practicing the skills of how to relax ourselves, we can enhance our living quality and make our body and mind more healthier. At the same time, after deadening the pressure, we can get the consequence of advancing the creation and encouraging the potential.
In so far there are many relaxation methods in common use, for instance, transcendental meditation, practise qigong, breathing relax exercises…etc.. But in this paper we focus on breathing exercises and we address a set of breathing-exercises’ biofeedback system based on PC. Its purpose is to assist practicer to relax more rapidly through this system. This system consists of the measuring modules of breathing, finger temperature, and heart rate. It also combines LabView, database and JAVA to analyze the acquired data for obtaining the breath practice conditions and utilizing the feedback of sound to help the practicers to relax quickly.
