澳門自 2013 年開始建立由澳門「文化產業基金」資助、以育成為主要目標的文創育成平台,向初創企業和微企提供進駐空間,透過群聚網絡,促進本澳文化產業各持份者的跨界媒合,提供系列的創業營運支援服務。然而這些文創育成平台建立於工業大廈內,形成具澳門特色的文創育成平台。綜觀其他世界知名的、以至其他鄰近所在國家和地區的文創育成平台,都不足以解釋和比對澳門現有文創育成平台的模式。
另外,育成平台和進駐者皆屬新創企業,雙方所共同發展之創業網絡甚少以服務主導邏輯 (Service-Dominant Logic) 之視角,檢視雙方互相提供的服務內容及結構; 在雙方創業網絡的演進過程中,亦甚少針對價值共創(Value Co- co-creation)視角,探討澳門文創育成平台與進駐者服務價值共創模式。因此,本研究致力於檢視及探討澳門這類受空間、環境條件所限的育成中心與進駐者將服務極大化價值之研究缺口出發。
本研究將以自2013年建立的、澳門首間並且唯一為文創業者提供一條龍的商業服務平台「澳門文創綜合服務中心(Macau cCentre)」與內部5家不同進駐年份之文創企業為研究對象,採質性之詮釋型個案研究法,第一階段先初步檢視「Macau cCentre 和進駐者各提供什麼服務協助對方發展創業網絡?(What Service)」,此階段將了解由進駐者和Macau cCentre 創立至今6年來的服務內容、營運模式、與網絡結構。第二階段將以服務主導邏輯出發,探討「Macau cCentre 和進駐者為雙方於價值共創觀點下提供什麼具價值的創業服務?(What value)」。第三階段將以前兩階段建構之服務網絡發展模式,依據服務主導邏輯下的價值共創流程,探討研究問題「Macau cCentre 和進駐者如何藉由價值共創發展創業網絡?(How value)」,重點分析Macau cCentre和進駐者的價值共創模式及過程,並探討如何藉由價值共創之架構最大化Macau cCentre和進駐者各自所需的創業網絡。
於本個案的研究中有幾項重要發現:一、澳門文創綜合服務中心向其文創進駐者提供了硬件設施、輔導與訓練、商業網絡服務,進駐者對各類別的服務提供按排序遞減;二、澳門文創綜合服務中心的文創進駐者在發展初期所使用最多服務類別是硬件設施,發展中期需要的服務類別為商業網絡服務,而未來發展所需要的服務類別為輔導與訓練;三、澳門文創綜合服務中心與其文創進駐者共同創造的價值包含了物質價值、經濟價值與社交價值,而進駐者在社交價值上的需求較為顯著,而社交價值創造過程中,涉及的空間和參與者也是初創進駐者認為可提升其自我價值創造的因素。
Since 2013, Macau has established cultural and creative industries incubation platforms funded by the Macau Cultural Industry Fund and with incubation as the main goal. They provide space for start-ups and micro-enterprises, promote cross-border integration of stakeholders in the cultural industry in Macau through the cluster network, and provide a series of entrepreneurial operation support services. However, these cultural and creative industry incubation platforms are built in industrial buildings to form a cultural and creative incubation platform with Macau characteristics. Looking at the cultural and creative industry incubation platforms of other world-renowned countries and other neighboring countries and regions is not enough to explain and compare the model of Macau's existing cultural and creative industry incubation platform.
In addition, Both the incubation platform and the incubatees are new ventures, the value co-created by the incubation platform and their incubatees for cultural and creative industries is rarely seen from the perspective of Service-Dominant Logic to examine the content and structure of services provided by both parties. In the evolution process of the startup networks of both parties, the service value co-co-creation model of Macau culture and cultural incubation platform and incubatees is rarely discussed from the perspective of value co-co-creation. Therefore, this study is dedicated to reviewing and exploring the research gaps of the Macau Cultural and Creative Industries Incubation Platform and incubatees, which are limited by space and environmental conditions, to maximize the value of services.
This research will be based on Macau Cultural & Creative Integrated Services Centre (cCentre) and the 5 incubatees in different entry years. cCentre which established in 2013 and is the first and only commercial service platform for cultural and creative industries in Macau. The research will use interpretive qualitative case study method. In the first stage, the research will review the "What services does Macau cCentre? (What Service)", at this stage, the Macau c Centre's service network content, governance mechanism and network structure in the past six years will be understood. In the second stage, the research will start with the service-dominant logic and explore "What kind of startup service does Macau cCentre and incubatees provide for each other in terms of value co-co-creation? (What Value) This stage will explore the value-based strategy under the vision of incubates, discuss the service model, service process, and service transformation of the Macau cCentre. The third stage will base on the service network development model which constructed in the previous two stages, in terms of the value co-co-creation process under the service-led logic, explore the research question "How does Macau cCentre and incubatees create real servicevalue for each other? (How Value)" Focus on analyzing the value co-co-creation model and process of the service development of Macau cCentre and incubatees, and exploring how to maximize both Macau cCenter and incubatees required startup network.
There are several important findings in this case study: 1. The Macao Cultural and Creative Integrated Service Center provided hardware and cultural facilities, coaching and training, and business development network services to its cultural and creative occupants. The service items of each category are decreasing in order. 2. The most common service category used by cultural and creative incubatees is hardware facilities in the early stages of development. The service category used in the middle stage of development is the business network, and the service category required in the future development is coaching and training. The value created by the Macao Cultural and Creative Integrated Service Center and its cultural and creative entrants includes physical value, economic value and social value, while the resident's demand for social value is more significant. The process of social value creation involves space and Participants are also factors that startup occupants believe can enhance their self-worth creation.
