液晶顯示器為目前市場主流,在高畫質液晶顯示器的日漸需求下,存在著動態畫面殘影問題。同步掃描式背光源技術為目前改善畫面殘影的方法之ㄧ。其中同步掃描技術應用於冷陰極螢光燈管,普遍採用的方式為一組變流器驅動一支燈管。
液晶顯示器在發展大尺寸情形下,同步掃描技術之成本也會跟著提高。本文提出一個改善方法,以單組變流器架構來驅動多支燈管,可節省變流器組件的使用,減少背光模組成本。本文首先探討同步掃描原理 、結構與驅動方法,並且進行設計冷陰極螢光燈管驅動電路,其中採用單晶片進行視訊訊號取樣,以達到背光源與視訊訊號同步之目的。最後本論文研製具同步掃描之冷陰極螢光燈管驅動電路,以單組變流器架構驅動多支燈管。
The liquid-crystal display(LCD) is the present market mainstream. In high-definition under liquid-crystal display demand that has the dynamic picture remnant shade question. The synchronous scanning backlight technology improves the picture remnant shade in present method. Synchronous scanning technology applies to the CCFL, and it usually uses an inverter to drive a lamp. The LCD is developed under the great size situation, and the cost of synchronous scanning technology will be increase. This thesis proposes an improvement method that use single inverter to drive six lamps. It can reduce the inverter module, and the cost. This thesis discusses the synchronous scanning principle, the structure and the driving method. After designing the CCFL drive circuit and sampling the signal from VGA card. The backlight circuit and video signal will be synchronous. The thesis proposes a CCFL driving circuit that has synchronous scanning function. Finally, use single inverter to drive six lamps.
