  • The evolution of business dynamic competitiveness has making value of firm top management which works as firm’s competitive advantage becoming precious. Meanwhile, the role of CEO transformational leadership is emerged to adapt the new trend of business administration. The purpose of this research is to investigating the effect of CEO transformational leadership on firm’s competitive aggressiveness contributing to firm’s performance. Besides, moderating effects of trust climate and environmental dynamism on relationship between CEO transformational leadership and competitive aggressiveness are discovered and evaluated. Consequently, the results obtained from this research reveal that CEO transformational leadership does affect competitive aggressiveness to have substantial and positive impact on firm performance practically. It is surprised that trust climate is found ineffectively moderating the relationship between CEO transformational leadership and competitive aggressiveness and environmental dynamism is unexpectedly known as unavailable moderator to bolstering the influence of CEO transformational leadership on competitive aggressiveness in reality of business environment in emerging country such as Vietnam.
