現代人生活過於忙碌,因此常常造成超時晚睡、長期熬夜…等現象。而這些往往就是造成一般人的生理時鐘失調的主因,也就是所謂的生物節律失調,而這種現象會引起嚴重的睡眠障礙。相關研究指出,靜坐練習在生理、心理各方面皆有顯著的放鬆效果。本研究設計了一套可用以評估生物節律狀況的系統,讓使用者了解自我生物節律的失調情況及評估改善生物節律失調的方法。
本研究採用心電圖(ECG)、體表溫度(temperature)、心率(HR)、心率變異度(HRV)等多個生理參數,來評估與比較熬夜和靜坐對於生物節律影響的程度。實驗結果顯示,經常熬夜不僅對自律神經產生影響,對於生物節律的失調亦有一定程度的影響。靜坐練習能改善生物節律失調的現象,讓失調的現象能有一定程度的恢復。
In the modern time, because of the life is too busy, many people have the problems such as sleep too late and long-term stay up all night. These may cause the disorder of people’s biological clock, also known as circadian rhythm disorders, which may in turn cause serious sleep disorder. Related researches indicate that meditation practice may have apparent relaxation effects in physical and mental aspects. In this research, we designed an evaluation system for people’s circadian rhythm to provide the users to understand their self-circadian rhythm disorder and to evaluate the effects of the manners adopted to improve this situation.
In this research, we adopt multiple physiological parameters such as electrocardiogram (ECG), body temperature, heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), to evaluate the effects of meditation practice and sleep deprivation on circadian rhythm. The experimental results show that the sleep deprivation could not only affect the autonomic nervous system, but also may cause the disorder of circadian rhythm. Meditation practice can effectively
cause the recovery of the circadian rhythm disorder.
