  • 由於全球化經濟的趨勢、網際網路的蓬勃發展,產品從原材料到完成品須透過物流才能在供應鏈成員間流通,而配銷是產品從供應商至顧客之運送與儲存,因此,具有效率的配銷網路能有效提升物流績效,以達降低成本、提高服務水準及提升市場回應速度的能力。
    根據過去研究統計,各產業的營業支出約有20-30%為物流成本,如何有效降低物品流通過程之額外支出來提升公司利潤,成為關鍵之競爭優勢。配銷網路模式種類眾多且議題廣泛,但主要以探討單一模式為研究議題,少有文獻比較不同的配銷網路模式。因此,本研究分析與比較單一製造商與多顧客之卡車配銷策略,直接運送(direct-shipping)與併貨運送(milk-run/peddling)模式。在供應鏈系統的成本考量包含存貨成本、運輸成本及顧客等待成本下,建構各配銷模式之成本函數模型,並透過單一因子敏感度分析與田口方法分析,找出配銷模式之各成本參數之均衡點,及對各配銷模式之高貢獻度因子。
    最後,在本研究中發現,直接運送可快速反應顧客需求,降低存貨與顧客等待成本,但總行駛距離和派遣卡車數量較多,使運輸成本較高;併貨運送則透過路徑規劃以縮短運輸路程,但會提高反應顧客需求時間。田口方法(Taguchi method)中顯示,運輸成本對直接運送總成本最具貢獻度,其次為存貨成本、顧客等待成本;而存貨成本對併貨運送是最具貢獻度,其次為卡車容量,因此,本研究透過單一因子敏感度分析找出兩配銷模式在各成本因子之均衡點,以提供企業自身了解適合採用各配銷模式之時機,且當企業欲降低成本、增加利潤時,若能減少田口方法中找出對總成本具高貢獻度因子之成本,則能大幅度減少配銷成本,以提高整體利潤,獲取競爭優勢。

    As the rapid development of Internet and the trend of economic globalization, different supply chain members cooperate successively. According to previous statistics, the logistics cost comprises approximately 20-30 percent of total operating expenses. An inappropriate route planning may lead to additional expenditure, therefore, how to select appropriate distribution strategies to improve company profits becomes the competitive power of business. The efficient and accurate distribution strategies can reduce cost, improve service level, and enhance the ability of market responsiveness.
    In the past literatures, there are many researches which discuss single distribution strategy, but few comparing different strategies. Hence, this study analyzes and compares two kinds of distribution strategies, direct-shipping and peddling. This study develops the cost functions of two distribution models, which simultaneously considering inventory cost, transportation cost and customer waiting cost.
    This study discussed many conditions by sensitivity analysis and Taguchi method. We get that direct-shipping method can respond customer demand fast, reduce inventory cost and customer waiting cost, but more total distance and the number of dispatched trucks make higher transportation cost. In peddling can reduce the transport distance using route planning, but increase the response time of customer. This study uses one-way sensitivity analysis to get the cost equilibrium of two distribution strategies, in order to provide enterprises to choose the right distribution model. We can obtain the factors of higher contribution of total cost using Taguchi method. When the company wants to reduce cost, they can decrease the factors to reduce distribution cost significantly and improve profitability. Therefore, when the companies face different cost parameters, they can make appropriate decisions through the results of this study.
