隨著全球航空產業運輸的需求與增長,飛機維修人員的需求也與日俱增。飛機維修對航空公司持續營運影響深遠,維修棚廠工作從大到小的檢查及航機維護項目更是繁瑣且必須遵照原廠維護手冊執行。而飛安事故中多數為人為因素事故,構成飛航安全的潛在風險;在機棚維修人員需進行航機各類型的維護跨維修部門之間的合作及配合,導致維修人員的溝通協調及其疲勞狀況會因此受到影響,本研究利用問卷對我國機棚維修人員進行疲勞因素調查,找出機棚維修人員之疲勞因素與執勤前後疲勞程度影響。
而本研究採用主成份因素分析法,主要目的在於希望降低變數的數目,並於初始變數群體中得出具有相關性的組合之因素構面並命名。
經由敘述性統計分析、因素分析與主成份分析、變異數分析等候在進行信度及效度分析後,研究結果後發現影響疲勞的主要因素群分為「個人睡眠休息情況」、「專業能力與工作負荷量」、「排班情況與加班因素」、「內部與外部溝通協調」。而每個因素都有其所包含問項變數,最終所選擇出的18個問項結果顯示出較為影響機棚維修人員疲勞的因素,並藉此了解可以改善提升的建議。
As the global aviation industry's demand for transportation increases, so does the demand for aircraft maintenance personnel. Aircraft maintenance has a profound impact on the continued operation of airlines, with maintenance hangar work ranging from small to large inspections and aircraft maintenance projects that must be carried out in accordance with the original maintenance manuals. The majority of flight safety incidents are human-induced accidents, which pose a potential risk to aviation safety; Hangar maintenance crews are required to carry out various types of maintenance across maintenance departments, resulting in cooperation and coordination among maintenance crews, which affects their communication and coordination as well as their fatigue status. This study has used questionnaire to investigate the effects of fatigue on the maintenance crews of hangar maintenance. In this study, Principal Component Factor Analysis (PCFA) was used in order to reduce the number of variables and to derive and name the factor components that are correlated from the initial group of variables. After descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, principal component factor analysis, and variance analysis, it was found that the main factors affecting the fatigue of hangar maintenance crews were divided into "Personal Sleep and Rest", "Professional Competence and Workload", "Scheduling and Overtime Factors", and "Internal and External Communication and Coordination". Each of these factors had its own variables, and the 18 variables were selected to represent the factors that had a greater impact on the fatigue of hangar maintenance crews.
