    • 本研究闡述以問卷調查、假設檢定及干擾分析等實驗方法，歸納出照顧者對照護服務模式的偏好與習性之關鍵因素。在第一部分探討健康狀況、家庭關係及居住環境等構面對於照護需求的影響關係。在第二部分則探討照顧者的需求對於選擇照護服務模式的影響關係；市場導向是否與照護需求存在交互作用。

    由分析結果得知，健康狀況、家庭關係及居住環境等構面，皆會對照護需求有正向顯著的影響關係。若依照Beta分配係數排序，則三項構面對於照護需求的影響程度為：健康狀況 > 居住環境 > 家庭關係。顯示照顧者在考量是否接受照護服務時，會優先以長輩的健康狀況作為依據，並向外尋求貼心且良好的居住環境。此外，接受照護服務與否，則以照顧者的意願為主要依據。

    由干擾因素結果顯示，照顧者的需求對於照護服務模式有正向顯著的影響關係。市場導向與照護需求有交互作用且對照護模式有正向顯著的影響關係。若以三種照護模式所對應的顯著因子及交互作用項，推論其適切的服務模式。日間照護適合設置在照顧者鄰近區域，以發展補償照護或非醫療服務為導向的服務模式。長期照護適合發展具備規模經濟的治療照護模式，且須避免過度多角化經營。居家照護適合發展具有規模的預防照護或客製化的補償照護為導向的服務模式，但須特別注意市場區隔及產品導向。

    In this study, we introduce the interrelationship between healthcare needs & orientation of care model on caregivers by using questionnaires, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and interference analysis.

    The results of hypothesis testing show that there are positive and significant effects among health status, family relationship, and residential environment on care needs. When items were ranked by beta distribution, the effects on care needs were: health status > residential environment > family relationship. That indicate the caregivers will prioritize the health status of their elders when considering whether to receive care services or not. In addition, the caregiver's preference was more influential in deciding to receive care services than elders' willing. The results of the interference analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect on care needs and care models. In addition, we found interactions between care needs and market orientation. These interactions come with a positive and significant effect on care models.

    Base on above investigations, we inference the feasible service models for each care models. Day care: the compensatory care or non-medical service oriented service models, which located in the caregiver's neighborhood. Long-term care: the therapeutic care model with economies of scale. Home care: the preventive care or customized compensatory care oriented service models with economies of scale.
