  • 台灣企業近年來面臨著嚴峻的經營環境挑戰,包括中美貿易戰、新冠肺炎疫情、烏俄戰爭等外部事件的衝擊,以及高度地緣政治風險與RCEP衝擊等特殊挑戰。在如此動盪不安的環境下,台灣企業不僅需要因應外部環境的變動,也面臨著內部的變革。
    台灣企業接班潮的到來,為企業帶來了經營權與管理權的交接、家族成員間的權力爭奪、企業文化與價值觀的傳承、員工的疑慮與不安、知識與技術的傳承等內部挑戰。這些挑戰若未能妥善處理,恐將導致企業營運不穩、競爭力下降甚至倒閉。
    面對內外變動的雙重壓力,台灣企業亟需重新思考自身的發展策略。其中,供應商關係作為企業營運的重要支柱,其重要性日益凸顯。信任的供應商關係不僅能為企業帶來穩定的供應鏈與優質的產品或服務,更能增加企業的擴大發展的可能。
    本研究以資源基礎理論(Resource-Based Theory)為理論基礎,聚焦於信任的供應商關係與企業發展策略之相關性探討,旨在探究信任的供應商關係如何影響企業發展策略,並提出台灣企業在接班變動與外部環境挑戰下的因應策略建議。研究結果證實了供應商關係、信任及發展策略之間的密切關係。首先,供應商關係對買方對供應商品質的評估有顯著影響。供應商關係越良好,買方對供應商提供的產品品質評價越高。其次,供應商的感知價值及供應商的道德行為,對信任的供應商關係有顯著影響。最後,信任的供應商關係進一步對個人信心產生正面影響,促進企業擴大發展策略的制定和實施。
    因此,這份研究通過探討供應商關係對感知價值的影響機制,以及供應商信任對企業發展策略的影響途徑,揭示了供應商信任對企業競爭力和發展的重要性,為企業提升競爭優勢提供了理論和實證支持。企業應高度重視供應商關係的管理,建立信任的供應商關係,以提升企業競爭力。

    In recent years, Taiwanese enterprises have been facing severe challenges in their operating environment, including the impact of external events such as the trade war, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Russo-Ukrainian war, as well as unique challenges such as high geopolitical risks and the impact of the RCEP. In such a turbulent environment, Taiwanese enterprises need to respond not only to changes in the external environment but also to internal transformations.
    This study, based on the Resource-Based Theory, focuses on the correlation between trustworthy supplier relationships and corporate development strategies. The research results confirm the close relationship between supplier relationships, trust, and development strategies. Firstly, supplier relationships have a significant impact on the buyer’s evaluation of the quality of supplied goods. The better the supplier relationship, the higher the buyer’s evaluation of the product quality provided by the supplier. Secondly, the perceived value of the supplier and the ethical behavior of the supplier all have a significant impact on trustworthy supplier relationships. Trustworthy supplier relationships further have a positive impact on individual confidence, promoting the formulation and implementation of enterprise expansion strategies.
    Therefore, this study, by exploring the mechanism of the impact of supplier relationships on perceived value, and the pathway of the influence of supplier trust on business development strategies, reveals the importance of supplier trust for business competitiveness and development. It provides theoretical and empirical support for businesses to enhance their competitive advantage. Businesses should pay high attention to the management of supplier relationships and establish trustworthy supplier relationships to enhance business competitiveness.
