  •   近年來,市場變化非常迅速,對於顧客導向程度高的製造業來說,不僅須要正視公司內部的問題還要隨時觀察市場,並且有效因應客戶對產品品質、售價、交期的要求及交期達成能力、製成時間的控制、成本的掌握等各種因素變化,是製造業所重視的課題。
      隨著國際化、自由化的經濟競爭壓力提高,製造業的成長不斷面臨考驗,為使製造業能持續成長,並把營運價值再提升,必須先將製造業內部做好監控,而生產是製造業內部最重要的活動,若能藉由生產績效來管理生產的過程,將各部門之工作及生產製造的成效進行衡量和分析,建立分析和生產之間關鍵的關聯,可以幫助管理者釐清近期生產績效的潛在影響因素,使管理者快速制訂實行的決策,增進應變能力,以便提出改善工作,使生產流程優化、標準化及提高生產能力。
      本研究採用Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server為製造業的入口平台,並依據船用螺旋槳製造業的事業特性、管理方法,建構一生產績效管理系統(Production Performance Management),利用Microsoft Office InfoPath建立表單範本進行收集及重覆使用,方便各部門工作人員填入現場生產回饋資訊,管理者可將資料匯至Microsoft Excel計算生產績效,將績效分析以視覺化圖形方式的報表呈現,方便管理者快速了解,利用Microsoft Project可檢視各部門的工作進度和延誤時間,了解管理問題的成因、解析,訂定對策與改善,建立快速反應機制,以如期完成產品準時交貨。
      再運用Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server的各項功能提供管理者利用生產績效來提升各部門的工作流程管理,積極改善各部門的工作績效,幫助管理者與員工有持續、動態的溝通,讓員工明確工作任務及績效目標,並訂定部門考績的衡量方法,從而實現公司的目標並使員工獲得成長,創造更好的經營管理及強化企業體質的競爭力。

     In recent years, for manufacturing with high customer-oriented, it should not only face up to inner problems of the company but also observe markets at any time due to rapid variation of markets, and efficiently cater to the customer’s demand of quality, price, and delivery time of the product, control of finished time, cost management, and changes of varied factors on which manufacturing emphasizes.
     With the increase of economical competition pressure of internationalization, and liberalization, the growth of manufacturing faces tests constantly. To continue the growth of manufacturing, and enhance the operating value again, it has to do monitor well in the interior of manufacturing first, and production is the most crucial activity in the interior of manufacturing. If the process of production can be managed by the production performance, measuring and analyzing works of every department and results of production manufacturing, establishing pivotal connection between analysis and production, it can be helpful for the administrator to figure out potential influential factors of recent production performance, and let the administrator rapidly make practical policies to improve the ability plus flexibility, so that to improve works, make production procedure optimized, standardized, and increase production ability.
     The research adopts MS SharePoint Portal Server as Manufacturing Information Portal, and builds a production performance management system based on enterprise traits, and managing methods of marine propeller manufacturing. Moreover, use MS Office Infopath to build a table sample for collection and re-use for the convenience of letting personnel of every department to fill in feedback of on-the-spot production. The administrator can input the information to MS Excel to calculate the production performance, and it can show the performance analysis by the form of visualization figure for the administrator to realize immediately. Besides, it can inspect the operating progress and delay of every department, and understand reasons and analysis of managing problems to make strategy and improvement, and build rapid reaction mechanism in order to finish products as scheduled and deliver them on time.
     By using each function of MS SharePoint Portal Server, the administrator can also use production performance to uplift operating procedure management of every department, to improve operating performance of every department actively, to help the administrator has constant and dynamic communication with employees, to make employees be clear about working tasks and performance goals, and make a measure method of department merit and thereby realize the goal of the company, making employees obtain progress, and create a better operating management and strengthen the competition of enterprise constitution.
