  •   本論文主要是實作JPEG 2000的壓縮系統於TMS320DSC25的發展版上。對於目前多媒體資料應用在可攜式系統的情況越來越普及。發展一個系統而不需要重新訂作一個硬體平台是比較節省成本的。而嵌入式系統如TMS320DSC25 也提供了比較具有彈性的發展方式與使用方法。因此使用TMS320DSC25具有減低開發成本、研發軟體容易、使用上有較多彈性等優點。本篇論文針對TMS320DSC25開發平台,設計了一套實作JPEG2000壓縮標準的系統。以期望可以透過TMS320DSC25將JPEG2000的功能完全表現出來。

     This thesis implements JPEG2000 compression standard in TMS320DSC25 Evaluation Module Board. Multimedia data application on portable device is more and more popular. Developing a system without designing a hardware platform is lower cost for a developer. Embedded system such as TMS320DSC25 offers a flexible developing environment to develop a system. Therefore, using TMS320DSC25 has some advantages such as low designing cost, developing software easily, and having more flexible in a system. This thesis implements the JPEG2000 compression standard in TMS320DSC25 and expects to present the feature of JPEG2000 through TMS320DSC25.
