品質、成本、交期一直是顯示器製造產業的重要指標,隨著顯示器製造產業的發展,人力控制與生產彈性也日趨重要。很多顯示器製造工廠,為了管控製造人力與生產彈性,有些材料會選擇廠內自製,有些零組件則會選擇外包方式,最後再將各部材製造組裝成顯示器,但外包方式有很多種,包含單純外包代工;連工帶料外包;部分料客供外包等…,這些方式都或多或少影響了顯示器製造工廠的生產彈性與人力的運用,如何找出顯示器關鍵零組件最佳化的管理方式也成為很重要的課題。
在各種解決問題的方式中,傳統材料外包的考量是非常單向的,多僅以「成本」作為考量依據,但實際操作上,往往會發生外包供應商無法滿足開發時程、無法配合改善品質、無法達成交期要望等矛盾衝突問題。而系統性的TRIZ萃智理論方法,可將顯示器的關鍵部材分類,依各類別的品質、成本、交期產生的矛盾加以分析,找出各關鍵部材最適合之材料管理的彈性方式。
本研究係運用TRIZ萃智理論問題模組,以顯示器製造廠「凌暉科技股份有限公司」為研究對象,找出各關鍵部材最適合之材料管理的彈性方式。透過TRIZ萃智理論找出部材自製或外包管理之最佳彈性,可提供顯示器製造工廠針對關鍵零組件部材自組與外包管理之參考,提升顯示器製造工廠之生產彈性,增加顯示器製造工廠整體效率。
Quality, cost, delivery has been an important indicator of display manufacturing industry, with the growing development in display manufacturing industry, human control and production flexibility is also becoming increasingly important. In order to control the manpower and production flexibility, many factories will choose to manufacture the components itself, few components will be outsourced, and later assembled into a monitor. There are many ways to outsource, including pure outsourcing foundry; complete outsourcing; partial outsourcing. All of these methods have affected the production elasticity and manpower utilization of the display factory. How to find the optimal management method for the key components of the display has become a very important issue.
Among the various ways to solve the problem, the concerns for traditional material outsourcing are strictly one-way, mostly based on cost, but in practice and reality, outsourcing suppliers often can not meet the development schedule or quality improvement, nor can it meet the delivery expectancy and other conflicting problems. Systematic method of TRIZ can categorize the key components for display into different categories. Analyzing the conflicts arising from quality, cost, delivery expectancy to identify the most suitable elastic material management for each of the key component.
In the case study on LWO TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, the purpose is to find out the most suitable and flexible material management. By applying the theory of TRIZ to find out the best flexible self-made or outsourced management of materials. The research can also provide the display factory a reference in the key components of self-made and outsourcing management. At the same time, it will enhance the flexibility of manufacturing and increase the overall efficiency of the display factory.
