  • 在這個科技快速發展的時代,企業不可避免地面臨著數位轉型的挑戰。在數位時代,企業必須迅速適應變化,以保持競爭力。企業特別需要關注數位轉型,這涉及組織文化的變革、內部流程的重塑,以及新興技術的應用。數位轉型不僅僅是技術的更新,更牽涉到組織文化的轉變和內部流程的重新構建。在這樣的背景下,其實務現象與轉型過程的發展脈絡,將有助於揭示企業在數位轉型中所面臨的種種挑戰。本研究採用質性研究之單一個案研究法,以製造業H公司為研究對象,透過「數位轉型」與「組織變革」為理論基礎,探討H公司在數位轉型過程中,數位轉型與組織變革如何重新定位其組織及策略。
    本研究的目的在於揭示企業在數位轉型中所經歷的組織變革和數位化組織文化的轉變,並分析這些變革對公司戰略制定的具體影響。透過質性研究,探討員工的觀點、公司內部的挑戰,以及數位轉型所帶來的機會,進而提供可實踐的建議,並且最終為企業實踐和學術界提供完整的見解。
    根據本研究結果,企業在數位轉型的歷程,重點不是「技術」而是「轉型」,其數位轉型過程中成功的關鍵因素「領導力」、「員工參與」尤為重要,亦趨動了組織變革重新形塑公司的組織文化,也對公司的策略同步帶來影響,最終達到企業智慧製造的目標。

    In this era of rapid technological advancement, businesses inevitably face the challenges of digital transformation. In the digital age, companies must quickly adapt to changes to maintain their competitiveness. Digital transformation requires particular attention, involving changes in organizational culture, the restructuring of internal processes, and the application of emerging technologies. Digital transformation is not merely an update of technology but encompasses the transformation of organizational culture and the reconfiguration of internal processes. In this context, understanding the practical phenomena and developmental trajectory of the transformation process will help reveal the various challenges businesses encounter during digital transformation.
    This study employs a qualitative single-case study method, focusing on Company H, a manufacturing company. Based on the theoretical foundations of "digital transformation" and "organizational change," this research explores how digital transformation and organizational change reposition the organization and its strategies during H Company's transformation process. The objective of this research is to uncover the organizational changes and shifts in digital organizational culture that businesses experience during digital transformation, and to analyze the specific impacts of these changes on company strategy formulation. Through qualitative research, the study examines employee perspectives, internal company challenges, and opportunities brought about by digital transformation, providing practical recommendations and ultimately offering comprehensive insights for both business practice and academic fields.
    According to the findings of this research, the emphasis during the digital transformation journey is not on "technology" but on "transformation." Key success factors in the digital transformation process, such as "leadership" and "employee involvement," are particularly important. These factors drive organizational change, reshaping the company's organizational culture and simultaneously impacting the company's strategy, ultimately achieving the goal of intelligent manufacturing.
