由於現今社會工作壓力大,使人長久處於精神緊繃的狀態下,因而容易產生自律神經失調,醫學研究亦指出人類心臟除了本身的規律性放電引發的跳動之外,也受到自律神經系統所調控,因此如何讓人體從緊繃達到放鬆一直是廣泛討論的課題。而在人體構造中,耳朵是可對自律神經系統產生影響的感官,因此我們希望利用人體中較敏感的聽覺去做試驗,觀測受試者在音樂治療後自律神經活性改變的程度。
本研究在音樂療法試驗分為實驗組及對照組,實驗組所採用的測試音樂是由一般播放器透過一個耳機擴大器的電路板將音樂低頻部份做振幅的調變,對照組則採用一般播放器所播放的同一首音樂供受試者聆聽。而心率變異性(Heart Rate Variability, HRV)測量是用來評估自律神經系統的一項指標,所以我們在受試者聆聽音樂前後測量HRV,試驗結果使用SPSS軟體做數據的統計,比較實驗組與對照組在HRV的改變程度。測量HRV的方法為透過自製的心電圖電路板擷取心電訊號,再用LabVIEW軟體程式進行HRV分析。HRV測量系統完成後再拓展至網路測量平台的建構,利用LabVIEW 內建之網站共享工具、相關的傳輸協定及網頁程式建構一線上測量HRV的平台。
本研究在音樂治療的的成效上達到使用耳機擴大器更可加速人體放鬆,提升副交感神經活性的效果。而在健康管理平台的建構上可做到線上測量HRV及分析的功能,使用者可將量測出的心電訊號同步傳送至平台進行HRV的分析、儲存資料及比對等功能,在平台應用於實驗的部份可達到音樂療法前測後測的HRV生理參數統計與比對。
Nowadays, due to the working pressure, people are permanently in the spirit stressed condition, so the autonomic nervous easily disorder. The medical science research also pointed that the heart is controlled by the autonomic nervous system besides beating regularly. Hence, how to release human body is a widespread discussed issue currently. In human body structure, the ear can influence the autonomic nervous system, so we use the sensitive sense of hearing to make an experiment. Then, observing the changed extends of the autonomic nervous activity, after experimenter makes the music therapy.
In this study, the music therapy text divides into experimental group and control group; the experimental group adopts a general player through the circuit board of headphone amplifier, modulating the music low frequency into the amplitude; the control group adopts the same music from a general player. The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is an indicator that estimates the autonomic nervous system, so we will measure the HRV of the experimenter before and after listen the music. Then, the outcome is compiled statistics through SPSS software to compare the changed extend of HRV with the experimental group and control group. The approach of measure HRV is through the self-made electrocardiography circuit board to retrieve ECG signal, and then use the LabVIEW software program to analyze HRV. Expanding to establish the network measure platform that use the built-in website publishing tools in the LabVIEW, related transfer protocol and web programming languages to establish the online measure HRV platform, after completing the HRV measure.
The music therapy in this study wishes to achieve the goal that the headphone amplifier accelerates to relax human body, and promote the effect of parasympathetic nervous activity. Besides, in the health management platform that established online measure HRV and analysis function, users can synchronize to measure ECG signal and send to the platform, and then process the function of HRV analysis, storage data and cross match, ect. The platform application of this experiment could make compile statistics the HRV physiology parameter and cross match before and after music therapy.
