  • 在面臨全球化經濟發展、電子商務的競爭的衝擊下,許多企業為了在競爭中克敵制勝,無不希望透過資訊科技的協助來強化自身的「競爭優勢」,於是各企業無不設法將企業資源規劃系統 (ERP)導入公司,並視其為獲勝的關鍵。過去在影響ERP建置成效的研究上,多從導入之關鍵成功因素切入探討(Leavitt (1965)、Bingi(1999)、Laughlin (1999)、Leslie Willcocks (2000))系統的成功建置,而較少從系統維護的角度探討其對系統建置後的影響。事實上現今的資訊系統涵蓋的領域並不限單一部門,而是擴及更多部門及分公司,是故除了初期規劃,乃至建置作業,會對於系統建置帶來影響外,導入後實際的維護更會對系統成效乃至於企業績效帶來影響。故本研究有鑑於此,目的之一便在於探討系統維護對於系統建置關鍵成因與電子化績效間的中介效果。
    再者,一般公司的從業人員有一定的流動率,系統的維護,往往會因操作人員的離職而影響,當初負責導入ERP的使用者和IT人員也會異動,因此熟悉這套ERP系統的人可能會越來越少,故企業若透過組織與知識管理的機制,留住人才、、擷取、擴大、儲存及分享他們的知識與經驗,並將其用以強化組織效能及效益,強化企業組織的核心競爭力,對於系統成效亦因有正向影響。故本研究目的之二,乃針對系統維護與知識管理、以及組織管理之交互作用進行探討,以了解較佳之知識管理與組織管理制度,是否能進一步提升系統維護與電子化成效之關係。
    本研究透過問卷調查及配合多變量分析進行實證研究,獲得如下之結論:
    (1) ERP的關鍵成功因素影響企業電子化績效有顯著影響,是故企業在導入ERP系統前,理當仔細衡量,但在導入後,ERP系統維護對電子化績效亦有顯著影響,且當初之關鍵成功因素亦會因系統維護之中介效果而更強化電子化績效。
    (2) ERP導入後,企業之組織及知識管理對電子化績效存在有干擾效應,尤以領導行為及知識分享為最。高領導行為與高知識分享對企業電子化績效中之財務面有明顯之干擾,且會促成較高之財務績效。

    Under the attack of economic globalization development and electronic commerce competition, many enterprises who hope to strengthen their advantage to defeat the competitor in the competitive market through assistance of information system try to set 「Enterprise Resource Planning system 」(ERP system) and see it as a powerful weapon. In the past, most researches about ERP were probed into key successful factors (KSFs) ( Leavitt (1965)、Bingi(1999)、Laughlin (1999)、Leslie Willcocks (2000)) instead of influence from system maintenance. In fact, current information system field covered not only signal department in an organization but extended to others or even branches. In additional, besides initial planning and installing operation, realistic maintenance after installation will affect system performance, too. According to above, the first goal of this study is proboing - The mediating effect of ERP maintenance to the effect of ERP KSFs and Enterprise’s E-performance.
    Moreover, there is proper retired frequency in current enterprises and it will affect the maintenance of system. The owner of operation or IT in charged of ERP will change once they quit, and the professionals familiar with system will decrease. If enterprise can keep talent, spread, enhance, store and share their experience and knowledge to strengthen organization efficiency, efficacy and the core-competition force through organization and knowledge management, it will also have positive effect on system. Above all, the second goal of this study is to probe the reciprocal effect between system maintenance and organization and knowledge management,and to investigate if better knowledge and organization management can increase the efficiency of E-performance.
    This study got the conclusion through questionary investigation and regression analysis :
    (1) There is obvious effect on KSFs of ERP to enterprise’s E-performance, thus before install ERP system, enterprise should judge factors more closely. After installation, ERP system maintenance will affect E-performance of enterprise obviously, and initial KSFs will strength E-performance via mediating effect of ERP system maintenance.
    (2) After ERP installation, the organization and knowledge management of enterprise have moderating effect on E-performance, especially per leadership and knowledge sharing. High leadership and knowledge sharing may have obvious interference in financial of enterprise E-performance and will cause higher financial performance.
