本研究主要探討含雙缺陷蜂巢材料之力學行為,包括單軸及雙軸壓應力作用下之破壞強度,同時分析兩種微結構缺陷對彈塑性蜂巢材料破壞包絡面之影響。利用有限元素套裝軟體ABAQUS,建立含雙缺陷蜂巢材料44重複單元體分析模式,以模擬無限域蜂巢材料,求得含雙缺陷蜂巢材料承受單軸壓應力作用時之彈性模數、彈性挫曲強度及塑性強度,可得知兩種微結構缺陷對單軸壓應力作用下破壞強度之影響,並利用此分析模式求得蜂巢材料承受雙軸壓應力作用時之彈性挫曲強度,與由理論推導獲得雙軸塑性破壞強度,可建立彈塑性蜂巢材料之破壞包絡面。
Numerical analysis for mechanical properties of honeycombs with dual defect is presented here,including uniaxial and biaxial loading. The effects of dual defect on the stiffness and strength of hexagonal honeycombs are numerically investigated using finite element analysis.Results indicate that the stiffness and strength of hexagonal honeycombs are affected significantly by the defect. Also, the failure surfaces caused by elastic buckling and plastic yielding for hexagonal honeycombs with dual defect under biaxial compression are developed.
