  • 中壽期飛機的可靠度是由各系統及重要組成件的可靠度來決定,也是飛機效能及任務派遣的重要參考依據。隨著現今飛行環境複雜化及組件多樣化,對飛機可靠度的要求相對提高,中壽期的飛機在台灣地理環境運用下,各飛行系統及組成件的可靠度已達成熟階段,對於後續的維保及汰換便是值得探究的議題。本文針對CH型機的故障情況加以蒐集並分析各主要系統及重要組件的壽命分布及可靠性,探討未來對該型機的維保作為並提出建議,以提供決策者作決策參考運用。

    System reliability for Mid Life-Cycle aircraft depends on the reliability of aircraft components. Maintenance controller can use the aircraft with good reliability to achieve the important mission. With the complicated flying environment and various components of aircraft, the operators emphasize the aircraft with better reliability. The system reliability for the mid life-cycle aircraft is useful because of many discrepancies that were collected from elder aircrafts. Therefore, the research to maintenance or eliminate the mid life-cycle aircraft is worthy to investigate.
    This study is about the reliability of seven systems and four components in the CH fleet in Taiwan. CH aircraft fly about 30 years when we acquired them. The discrepancies of components and system from LIMS are collected in 2014 to 2015 and analyzed those data by Weibull distribution, exponential distribution and normal distribution. The data by K-S test is checked. The reliability of the system depend on the value of shape parameter in their Weibull distribution. Ii is used to find the good suggestion to maintenance and manage the CH fleet in our country and extend the life of them.
