隨著工作步調加快以及工時的加長,使得工作壓力與日俱增;因工作過度勞累而發生猝死的意外時有所聞。根據統計,過勞患者的年齡多在20至45歲之間,不但是社會的菁英份子,也是一家經濟之所繫,一旦倒下,將增加社會成本的負擔,因此,我們應該預防過勞的發生以避免後續的問題。
本研究提出一個疲勞的評量機制,初步是以長時間使用電腦者為研究對象;此評量機制是利用內嵌於滑鼠裡的感測元件,測量心跳與指尖的末梢血流波形,經過諧波分析的處理,並對照王唯工教授所提出的血流分析理論。從實驗結果發現,單位時間心跳數量會隨著電腦的使用時間加長而逐漸遞減;末梢血流波形的諧波之振幅也有隨著使用電腦時間加長而逐漸遞減的現象。
Working pressure is getting larger and larger due to higher pace and longer man-hour of the work. Overwork may leads to the possibility of sudden death. According to statistics, the age of overworked population falls between 20 to 45 years old. They are not only the men of great ability in society, but also the economic pillar of a family. Once the accident happens, it increases the burden of society. Consequently, we should prevent the emergence of overwork to avoid the follow-up problems.
A fatigue evaluation system is proposed in this thesis. The rudimentary research object is focused on subjects who use the computer for a long period of time. This evaluation system utilizes a sensor embedded in the mouse to measure heart rate and peripheral blood-flow waveform on fingertip. Then, the peripheral blood-flow waveform is analyzed in harmonic amplitudes after Fourier transformation. Moreover we compare the result to the blood-flow theory proposed by professor Wei-Kung Wang. According to experimental results, it is observed that the heart rate and the harmonic amplitudes of peripheral blood-flow waveform decrease gradually with time when using computers.
