  • 鑑於知識經濟時代下,有更多的研究結論及學者指出證明,知識是當前企業經營成敗最重要的一個關鍵,而知識的創造來自於知識分享,因此如何去創造一個利於知識分享的環境,誘發個人知識分享意圖是管理上值得我們去探討的面向。

    本研究針對我國高科技產業發放問卷,並回收有效問卷289份,探討高科技產業從業人員於組織溝通與組織氣候的知覺,並以社會交換理論的觀點來探討相互信任及共同目標對於己身的知識分享意圖是否會造成影響。本研究並透過SPSS 統計套裝軟體,以敘述性統計、信度分析、迴歸分析等方式進行分析。

    結論如下:
    1.改善成員對於組織溝通與組織氣候的知覺,有助於組織成員彼此提升信任。
    2.改善成員對於組織溝通與組織氣候的知覺,有助於組織成員擁有共同目標。
    3.提升成員相互信任及擁有共同目標的知覺,有助於提升組織成員的知識分享意圖。

    最後,本文除了研究結論於理論及管理實務上的意涵外,同時也敘述了本研究的研究限制,並對於未來相關後續研究提出建議。

    Within the knowledge economy era, more of research conclusion and scholars clearly express that knowledge is the most importance key factor on business. Above all, knowledge of sharing. For this reason, how to construct an organization environment which promote knowledge sharing well is worth to confer on the business administration domain.

    The purposes of the study are exploring the sense of organizational communication and organizational climate that affect employees’ willingness to share their knowledge in social exchange theory opinion. A questionnaire was used, based on random sampling, to collect data by 289 questionnaires from employees in the science and technology industry. This study use SPSS statistic program to analyze by common analyze, and linear regression and so on.

    The conclusion as fellow :
    1.Positive relationship existed between organizational communication and organizational climate to make employees more trust each other.
    2.Positive relationship existed between organizational communication and organizational climate to make employees have common objective to each other.
    3.Positive relationship existed between trust and communicate to make up employees’s willingness of knowledge sharing.

    Finally,this study also provides the theory and some managerial implications, suggestions, and research limitation for the future academic and practical efforts.
