In recent years, according to continuous progress of technology, the changes of environment are rapid and dramatical. For those enterprises, the key of winning is making appropriate decisions in the right time, as well keeping the advantages of competition in this environment fulfilled uncertainty and complication. However, the processes of strategy selecting are always involved various activities including evaluations of the influencing factors regarding strategically issues, interactions with competitors, the behaviors of risking taking, strategy comparisons and selecting. These competitive activities could be described as playing a business game in this competitive environment, it may not only competition but also possible corporation with their partners in this information economic stage.
After literature reviewing, the issues regarding decision-making, strategy evaluating and selecting related have attracted the attention of academic and practical parties. Instead of doing the research of fragments regarding strategy making, providing a comprehensive model strategy simulating view would be more valuable in this stage. This research has two main models: strategy evaluating model and game evaluating model for business entities. Through the equilibrium analysising base on game theory. It can efficiency propose the suggestions for strategy-selecting or the simulation for different strategies to enchance the enterprises’ benefit and competiveness.
