  • 摘 要
    臺灣的印刷產業在1992年網際網路崛起後,以書本閱讀的模式便相對減少,並對印刷的需求產生很大的衝擊,而臺灣印刷業基於大環境改變的困境,紛紛面臨到經營危機。
    印刷業者藉由網路資訊科技的便利性,來節省不必要的資源浪費,導入供應鏈管理、快速回應管理、以及創新的概念以合版印刷方式,暢通供應鏈溝通管道,準確的送達訊息,無論是在訂單傳遞、會計作業、檔案上傳下載或供應鏈生產管理上,都能發揮更大的效益。
    本研究欲探討之主題是印刷業供應鏈管理導入資訊化系統的探索性研究,學術上的相關研究多聚焦在供應鏈管理及類型的分析,對於印刷業導入資訊化管理的研究並不多。然而,供應鏈管理卻是企業在市場競爭及營運上實務發生的情況,所以採取質性研究的方式會是比較適合的;將實務上發生的事件忠實陳述,對後續的相關理論建構及發展應會有所貢獻。
    印刷業係兼具服務與製造性質之行業,屬內需型之產業,基本上“印刷業”意指印製紙張如報紙、書籍、刊物、以及表冊之文化印刷等紙類產品的設計、製版、印刷、加工、發行、以及包裝等生產活動均屬之。台灣的頻寬網路開始普及之後,檔案傳輸變得容易,藉由這樣的方式,合版印刷模式開始崛起,合版印刷就是藉由網路的傳輸,節省不必要的資源浪費及開支,成本自然降低。
    合版印刷在台灣之發展可謂是萌芽期,在合版作業流程中,業者作業習慣勢必要有所改變,例如以電子檔的方式取代傳統作業方式。新科技對於印刷產業的結構亦會產生影響,其未來是朝向整體服務的專業代工廠或是策略聯盟的模式維持專業分工,值得我們持續的觀察。

    SUMMARY
    Reading paper books became less and less after internet had risen since 1992 in Taiwan, and it deeply affected the requirement of printing. Printing industry faced management crisis owing to changes in economic environment.
    Printing companies not only used the convenience of network and information technology to reduce unnecessary resource-wasting, but also introduced the concept of supply chain management, quick response management and innovation in the manner of combined printing to keep supply chain communication unimpeded and message delivered accurately. It could gain much efficiency in process, including order delivering, accounting, file upload and download, and supply chain producing management.
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the exploratory of information system introduced into supply chain management in the printing industry filed. Most of academic research focused on the supply chain management and type analysis, but less on information system introduced into supply chain management in the printing industry filed. However, supply chain management was the practical circumstance in market competition and operation for company. Therefore, it would be better to analyze in the way of qualitative research. We shall record the practical circumstance completely to establish advanced theories and development.
    Printing industry was domestically-oriented industry, which combined service and manufacture. In general, printing industry was including design, plate-making, printing, processing, publishing, and packing of cultured production such as newspapers, books, magazines, and manual and so on and so forth. Since internet was universal, it became easier to transfer file. Therefore, combined printing started to rise, and reduced unnecessary resource-wasting due to file transferring via internet to keep the cost down.
    The development of combined printing was in the bud. In the process of combined printing, proprietors must change the usual way they worked, for example, using softcopy to take the place of hardcopy. Furthermore, new technology also affected the structure of printing industry. It would become original design manufacturer which provided integrated service or form a strategic alliance to maintain operation specialized mode in the future, which was worthy to observe straight for us.
