台灣地區水庫淤積問題日趨嚴重,主要是在暴雨期間高降雨沖蝕地表導致大量的泥砂流入水庫。為了取得暴雨期間現地流量資料進行分析,因此採用現地調查,但其資料收集不易且危險,所以為了解暴雨期間流量的變化,本文利用降雨逕流模式(HEC-HMS)模擬推估其結果,作為於水庫管理蓄水時機運用之作業參考。研究區域以曾文水庫上游大埔壩水文站作為取樣及觀測地點,探討暴雨期間溪流流量、水深之關係。利用現場資料分析結果,探討其水深與流量之關係及流量與含砂量之關係,在水位與流量之關係中,其漲、退水段之流量有著顯著變化的不同,因此將分析資料分開討論。並將現場資料帶入降雨逕流模式中,利用SCS CN法估算直接逕流量,顯示其整場暴雨結果。本文中將流域劃分為十一個子集水區,選擇子集水區之CN值、渠道底寬度、地表粗糙度及曼寧係數作為敏感度分析。另外在SCS CN法應用上,本文以中值曲線號碼規(Median curve number)對94與95年五場降雨事件進行分析,由研究中進而建議美國水土保持局所訂依據土壤種類與土地利用分類,來選取CN值之方法亦可適用於本區域。
The problem of reservoir management in Taiwan becomes more serious. The resources of the flow and sediment are mainly during the rainstorm, and the high rainfall erodes the land surface and causes a large number of sediment and flow entering the reservoirs. In this paper, Dapu hydrologic station, in the upstream of Tseng Wen Reservoir is considered as the place to get samples and do researches, and the relation between the flow discharge, water level and sediment capacity during typhoon and rainstorm events is discussed. The on-the-spot materials result is utilized to probe their water levels and flow relation and flow and sediment capacity relation. The data must be discussed separately during the analyzing process as a result of the rising and dropping section of the flow discharge hydrograph having apparent difference. In the rainfall - runoff, utilization of the materials shows the torrential rain’s result and investigates whether SCS CN method is appropriate for estimation of direct runoff or not in this study. Dapu hydrologic station, in the upstream of Tseng Wen Reservoir, is chosen for the case study. In this paper, the basin is divided into 11 little areas, value of curve number, channel width, surface roughness and Manning coefficient to Sensitivity are analyzed. In addition, “Median curve number” from five storm events is defined to estimate the direct runoff. The results of analysis with the incident of rainfall five times of 2005 to 2006 conclude that the CN values from tables derived by SCS are suitable for the study area.
