  • 在全球半導體產業持續快速變革的背景下,供應鏈管理的韌性與技術升級已成為企業維持競爭力的關鍵要素。作為供應鏈中的核心橋樑,半導體材料代理商的角色已不再僅限於傳統的交易中介,而是逐步轉型為技術整合夥伴與供應鏈管理者。代理商的價值已超越單純的物流與供應管理,進一步涵蓋市場需求分析、技術支援、風險控管與數據驅動的決策輔助等多層面功能。面對地緣政治風險升高、技術發展迅速以及供應鏈管理數位化的趨勢,代理商如何適應市場變動並強化其在供應鏈中的角色,已成為值得深入探討的課題。
    本研究以供應鏈韌性理論(Supply Chain Resilience, SCR)及價值共創理論(Value Co-Creation)為理論基礎,探討半導體材料代理商如何透過市場情報分析、數據導向決策、技術支援與多元化供應策略來提升供應鏈的穩定性與競爭力。研究方法採用質性研究(Qualitative Research),結合個案分析法(Case Study)與半結構式訪談(Semi-Structured Interviews),選擇SW企業作為研究對象,分析其在全球供應鏈變遷下的策略轉型與挑戰應對模式。訪談對象涵蓋供應商、代理商高階管理者與半導體客戶,透過跨層次的視角,探討代理商在市場需求蒐集、資訊傳遞與技術整合中的核心功能。
    研究結果顯示,代理商在供應鏈韌性管理中的關鍵角色可歸納為三大層面:(1)市場需求收集與資訊管理:代理商透過數據分析與市場趨勢預測,確保供應商能夠迅速回應市場需求變化,提升供應鏈適應能力;(2)技術支援與應用整合:代理商不僅負責材料供應,還需協助客戶進行技術測試與應用驗證,確保新材料能夠適應先進製程(如3D SoIC、2.5D CoWoS);(3)供應鏈風險管理與多元化供應策略:代理商透過區域化供應鏈部署(Regionalized Supply Chain Deployment)與多源採購策略(Multi-Sourcing Strategy),降低市場波動與突發事件對供應鏈穩定性的影響。
    進一步提出代理商競爭力提升之管理建議,包括:(1)深化數據分析與市場預測能力,透過AI與機器學習技術提升市場需求分析的準確度;(2)推動供應鏈數位化轉型,導入區塊鏈技術與物聯網(IoT)供應鏈追蹤系統,提升供應鏈透明度與決策效率;(3)強化技術支援與價值共創模式,透過聯合開發與客戶共同研發策略,提高產品的市場適應性;(4)建立靈活的供應鏈韌性管理機制,確保代理商能夠快速應對市場波動與供應鏈風險。
    半導體材料代理商在供應鏈中的角色正逐步由「交易型中介」轉向「技術與資訊整合夥伴」,其競爭力將取決於數據驅動的決策能力、技術整合深度與供應鏈風險管理能力。未來,隨著全球市場的不確定性增加,代理商需持續強化市場洞察力與數位供應鏈技術,以確保在供應鏈管理與技術服務領域中維持關鍵競爭優勢。本研究結果可作為半導體產業鏈相關企業與決策者之參考,以制定更具韌性與前瞻性的供應鏈策略。

    The global semiconductor industry is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by advanced technologies, rising demand for high-performance chips, and escalating geopolitical risks. These shifts have exposed vulnerabilities in traditional supply chain models, particularly those relying on single-source and just-in-time systems. In this context, semiconductor material agents—traditionally viewed as logistics intermediaries—are assuming increasingly strategic roles. This study explores how material agents contribute to supply chain resilience by focusing on SW Company, a leading Taiwanese firm operating in the packaging and testing materials sector. Guided by Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) and Value Co-Creation (VCC) theories, the research adopts a qualitative case study approach, combining semi-structured interviews with internal documents and industry reports.
    The findings reveal that SW Company enables real-time demand forecasting through AI, supports technical co-validation of advanced materials, and implements multi-sourcing and regional logistics strategies to reduce disruption risks. Additionally, digital tools such as blockchain and IoT enhance supply transparency and responsiveness. These practices align with the DART model and illustrate a three-stage transformation: from transactional coordinator to technical integrator and ultimately to strategic co-creator. The study contributes theoretically by reframing the role of agents as resilience enablers and practically by offering guidance to firms seeking adaptive and collaborative supply chain solutions. As global uncertainty persists, the evolving role of material agents will be critical to building flexible, sustainable, and innovation-driven semiconductor ecosystems.
