隨著網際網路的盛行,使用者可以隨時透過網路獲得各式各樣的資訊,而不受時空的限制,但也由於網路資訊的豐富及多樣化,使得搜尋適用的資訊更加困難,尤其在電子商務的運作上更面臨資訊爆炸的問題。因此在本研究中,我們將應用模糊理論於智慧型代理人搜尋系統,透過模糊運算模組,對商品資料作分析,以幫助使用者作最佳的決策算過程。
本文中的數位相機選購搜尋系統即是將電腦運算與人主觀判斷相結合所產生的應用,查詢者只需要輸入概念性的需求便可進行搜尋。傳統所使用的查詢系統,僅能列出與查詢條件相符的資料,無法自動將相近的資料,依據其與條件的相似程度做一適當的選擇呈現。此外,不同的查詢者對於需求的權重分佈通常也會有所差異。為了解除上述的缺點及限制,本文將模糊理論與加權的觀念應用在查詢系統,將模糊的查詢條件與加權值,轉為一合理的查詢。並將查詢結果根據其與條件的符合度加以排序,方便使用者能快速找到較符合需求的資料。本系統將有助於消費者與業者間的互動溝通,協助取得所需的資訊,以促進消費者上網消費的意願。
The Digital Camera Inquiry System in this content is an application to which to combination of computer calculation and human’s subjective judgment is generated. The reason to use fuzzy theory is to improve the Digital Camera
Inquiry System from which the traditional real inquiry system can only list the information which corresponds to the condition of inquiry, but can not automatically present the ppropriate choice from the similar information.Otherwise, user’s preference and requirement are usually expressed by fuzzy vocabulary. However, general inquiry system is unable to handle the condition with the fuzzy vocabulary. To resolve the defect and limitation described above, fuzzy theory and perception of weights are applied on the inquiry system in this content. Furthermore, arrange the inquiry results according to the conditional correspondence is convenient to find the correspondent information efficiently for the user.
