在知識經濟時代,企業生存的根本之道就是不斷創新,只有不斷創新,才能因應這快速變遷的環境並保有競爭優勢;而企業的創新能力,需由企業內部種種因素與制度的結合,營造出適合創新的環境,慢慢培養而成;要營造合適的環境,組織文化是不可或缺的一環,舉凡優秀的企業都有其優良的組織文化,適合創新的組織文化會激勵員工創新,進而提昇創新績效;此外,領導者也要思考如何以個人的領導風格帶領部屬不斷創新,為公司創造更多的獲利;因此本研究的目的即在探討組織文化、主管領導風格與創新績效的關係。
本研究以台灣1000大製造業為探討對象,以問卷調查方式,經SPSS統計方法進行實證分析;本研究利用「迴歸分析」藉以了解「組織文化」、「主管領導風格」與「創新績效」等構面因素的影響程度;並利用「典型相關分析」來探討「組織文化」與「主管領導風格」間之關聯程度。
實證結果發現組織文化對創新績效有顯著影響;主管領導風格對創新績效亦有顯著影響;組織文化與主管領導風格間有顯著的互動關係;此外,獎酬制度也有顯著的干擾效果。
In the era of knowledge economy, the basic way for enterprises to survive is to innovate constantly since only with constant innovation can enterprises respond to the fast changing environment and keep the competitive advantages. However, the innovation ability of the enterprise has to be cultivated gradually by the combination of its varied elements with systems internally, and then an environment adaptable to innovation can be created. To create an environment adaptable to innovation, organizational culture is an essential factor. All of the outstanding enterprises have good organizational cultures that will encourage employees to innovate, and then to enhance the innovation performance. Besides, the leader should think how to lead subordinates to keep innovating by personal leadership style, and help ear more profits for the enterprise. This purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style and innovation performance.
The objects of this research are the top 1000 manufacturers in Taiwan. Questionnaires were distributed for the investigation and the statistic software SPSS was applied for the data analysis. Regression analysis was used in the research to verify the cause and result relationship among organizational culture, leadership style and innovation performance. Canonical correlation analysis was used to verify the cause and result relationship among organizational culture and leadership style.
The followings are concluded according to the result of this research:
1.Organizational culture has obvious influences on innovation performance.
2.Leadership style has obvious influences on innovation performance.
3.Organizational culture affects leadership style.
4.Reward system has obvious intervening effect.
