非破壞性檢測是一種以不破壞材質、不影響性能、不干擾運作,而可以發掘出存在於表面或內部之缺陷,進而研判品質完整性和使用可靠度的一種檢測方式。檢測可靠度除受設備及檢測方法本身限制外,其餘則完全有賴於檢測人員本身的專業能力,特別是合格與否的判定更需依靠訓練有素且經驗豐富的人員執行。
本研究主要運用投入-過程-產出之訓練模式為基礎架構,透過投入-過程-產出的訓練模式將美國航太標準條列式的準則,依非破壞檢測人員的訓練流程重新展開,藉以更清楚了解航太產業非破壞檢測人員的訓練過程及內容,從而找出影響訓練成效的因素,以期改善非破壞檢測人員的訓練流程。透過專家訪談,實際探討這些要素對於人員訓練成效的影響,以及運用投入-過程-產出的模式所展開的訓練流程,是否有助於強化航太業非破壞檢測人員之訓練模式。
研究結果發現,影響人員訓練成效的最大影響因素在於訓練計畫階段,透過投入-過程-產出的思維模式,將此階段之學員、師資、教材、場地和設備等五項影響要因,有系統的建立訓練前後順序、層別以及訓練目標之間的關聯性後,發展為適用於航太組織的訓練模式。該結果經由航太企業的NADCAP稽核以及專家訪談的確認,證實本研究以投入-過程-產出思維模式來落實非破壞檢測人員的教育訓練,所產生的可行模式是具有參考價值的。
Nondestructive inspection is an inspection methodology which is capable of detecting defects underlying a surface or within the material without destroying the material, impacting the performance or even interrupting the operation to determine the quality integrity as well as the reliability when the product is in use. The inspection reliability maybe limited to its inherent constraints due to the equipment and the inspection method applied, and is heavily depended on the professionalism of the inspectors. The decision to either accept or reject will be depended upon a well-trained and well-experienced inspector to make the disposition.
This study is applying Input-Process-Output (refer to as I-P-O) approach to discuss the training of nondestructive testing personnel by practicing the principles written in point form as specify in the Aerospace Standard of NAS-410 with I-P-O model. The personnel training program will be resumed for the purpose to get a sense of the training process and context as an attempt to improve the training procedure for nondestructive testing personnel when searching for the effective success factors of the training. Conducting thorough discussions by facilitating interviews with subject matter experts to have an overview in regards to identify certain factors which may have impacts on the efficiency of the training. It is also to ensure that the implemented training program is effective along with introducing the input-process-output model is capable to prove that it strengthens and reinforces the knowledge base of nondestructive testing personnel participated in Aerospace Industry.
The study result has discovered that influence the effectiveness of personnel training is the training stage. By analyzing with the adoption to I-P-O model, the most influence factors are trainees, instructors, materials, training space and facilities, then rebuild a systematic correlation order between before training and after training, level and training target, in which to develop an adequate training program for aerospace industry. The study through aerospace NADCAP audit and interviews with experts confirmed provides further evidence that using the model of I-P-O as a practical way to strength the personnel training and the resulting viable operating model is worth for reference.
