本研究旨在探討影響台灣回收紙倉儲運輸管理的關鍵因素，透過實證研究分析A公司作為案例，以層級分析法（AHP）進行關鍵因素的權重評估。研究背景考量到台灣工業用紙產業面臨國際競爭與國內供給需求失衡的挑戰，尤其是在後疫情時23代供應鏈重組的背景下，回收紙倉儲運輸管理的效率顯得尤為重要。
研究方法包括文獻回顧、專家訪談及問卷調查，確定了五大構面：成本控制、創新科技應用、風險管理、地理環境及營運管理，依此建立評估模型。透過專家訪談和AHP方法，本研究確立了各構面及其評估準則的相對重要性，提供了一個具體數字的權重分佈。
研究結果顯示，在所有評估的因素中，成本控制與風險管理被評為最重要的關鍵因素，這反映了企業在管理回收紙倉儲運輸時，需特別注重成本效益和風險降低。此外，創新科技的應用亦被認為是提升操作效率和降低成本的重要機會。
透過本研究，我們提供了一個系統化的評估框架，幫助企業在制定回收紙倉儲運輸策略時，能夠更加客觀地考量各項關鍵因素。最後，研究建議生產工業用紙企業應加強內部流程的科技整合，並進一步探討風險管理策略，以應對日益變化的市場環境和提高整體供應鏈的韌性。
本研究不僅為回收紙倉儲運輸管理領域提供了理論與實務上的見解，也為未來相關研究提供了基礎和方向。

This research investigates key factors affecting the supply chain management of recycled paper in Taiwan, using Company A as a case study. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) evaluates the weights of these critical factors. Taiwan's industrial paper industry faces international competition and domestic supply-demand imbalances, highlighting the importance of efficient recycled paper management post-pandemic.
Methods include a literature review, expert interviews, and a questionnaire survey, identifying five major dimensions: cost control, innovative technology application, risk management, geographical environment, and operational management. The study establishes an evaluation model and determines the relative importance of each dimension and their criteria through AHP.
Results show that cost control and risk management are the most critical factors, emphasizing the need for cost efficiency and risk reduction in recycled paper management. The application of innovative technology is also crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
This research provides a systematic evaluation framework to help companies objectively consider key factors in their recycled paper storage and transportation strategies. It recommends that industrial paper companies strengthen technological integration and explore risk management strategies to adapt to market changes and enhance supply chain resilience.
This study offers theoretical and practical insights into recycled paper warehouse and transportation management and lays a foundation for future research.
