本研究旨在了解高雄市國小教師資訊素養、教學效能與工作壓力的影響。研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究對象為高雄市國民小學教師,以分層隨機抽樣法的比例配置法抽取樣本,共發出330份問卷。資料分析運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、簡單線性迴歸、多元迴歸分析等統計方法探討變項間之相關性及預測力。研究結果顯示如下:
一、高雄市國小教師的資訊素養與教學效能皆屬於中上程度,工作壓力屬於低程度。
二、高雄市國小教師資訊素養會因為「性別」與「學校規模」而有差異;工作壓力會因為「年齡」而有差異;教學效能則會因為「性別」、「學歷」、「學校規模」與「學校地區」而有差異。
三、高雄市國小教師資訊素養與工作壓力的關係為負相關,教學效能與工作壓力之間亦為負相關,而資訊素養與教學效能之間的關係則是正相關。
四、高雄市國小教師之資訊素養對工作壓力有部分預測力。
五、高雄市國小教師之資訊素養對工作壓力之預測,透過教學效能有完全中介效果。
本研究建議教師應與時俱進,持續精進知識與技能以提升教學效能,同時應積極創造自身成功的經驗以提升自我效能;對教育行政單位之建議則應重視教師壓力之紓解與資源分配的公平性並且能符合現場的需求;此外,積極推動教師專業社群,協助建立教師對話亦有助教學效能的提升。
This study aims to investigate the effects of information literacy, teaching efficiency, on work stress of primary school teachers in Kaohsiung City. A total of 330 questionnaires were administered using a questionnaire survey with a stratified random sampling method and a proportional allocation method. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-testing, one-way analysis of variance(One-way ANOVA), Pearson's product-deviation correlation, simple linear regression, and multiple regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation and predictive power of the variables. The results showed the following:
(1)The information literacy and teaching efficacy of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers were both in the middle to upper level, and the work pressure was low. (2)The information literacy of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers varied according to "gender" and "school size"; the work pressure varied according to "age"; and the teaching efficacy varied according to "gender", "education", "school size", and "school district". (3)The relationship between information literacy and work stress of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City was negative, and the relationship between teaching efficacy and work stress was also negative, while the relationship between information literacy and teaching efficacy was positive. (4)The information literacy of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers was partially predictive of work stress. (5)The predictive power of information literacy on work stress was fully mediated by the teaching efficacy of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers.
This study suggests that teachers should keep up with the times, continue to improve their knowledge and skills to enhance teaching efficacy, and actively create their own successful experiences to improve their self-efficacy; suggestions to the educational administration should emphasize the relief of teachers' stress and the fairness of resource allocation to meet the needs of the field; in addition, actively promoting teachers' professional communities and helping to establish teacher dialogues can also help to improve teaching efficacy.
