  • 本論文旨在研製一高亮度LED驅動電路,此電路將依LED的溫度變化而改變驅動電流,使高亮度LED能持續操作於高發光效率。在本論文中首先量測高亮度LED於各不同電流時的電氣及光學特性,並分析溫度對高亮度LED發光效率之影響。當高亮度LED操作於高發光效率時,可使高亮度LED的輸入功率得到有效之運用,進而改善高亮度LED之溫升。為了驗證高效率驅動的可行性,本文中利用單晶片微處理器、感測電路及調光控制電路來建構一個20W的高亮度LED驅動電路,最後藉由實驗驗證確實可利用改變驅動電流,將高亮度LED操作於高發光效率。

    The purpose of this thesis is to develop a driving circuit for high brightness LED. The driving current of the driving circuit can be adjusted by temperature of high brightness LED that is in order to operate the high brightness LED on high luminous efficiency. First, to measure the electric and optical characteristic of high brightness LED is operated on different constant current, and to analyze the temperature effect of high brightness LED. Operating the high brightness LED on high luminous efficiency can reduce power consumption and improve thermal problems. For verification purpose, a 20W high brightness LED driving circuit is designed and built. The High brightness LED driving circuit is implemented on a PIC microprocessor, sensor circuit, and dimming controller. Finally, experimental result shows that high brightness LED can operates on high luminous efficiency by various driving current.
