近年來,由於行動裝置以及無線網路技術的進步,藉由個人數位助理(Personal Digital Assistant;PDA)輕薄短小、方便攜帶的特性,並結合無線通訊網路,使得系統具備極高的機動性,非常適合發展非固定點之系統操作平台。因此本研究以微軟行動裝置Pocket PC於無線網路環境之下,透過變頻器裝置達到馬達驅動系統之無線遠端監控。其監控項目包含了馬達正反轉與轉速控制、V/F曲線設定以及異常狀態監測。由於不需到現場取得資訊或控制設備,使得工作環境沒有時空的限制,讓使用者能夠隨時隨地掌握遠端設備的資訊狀態,並提升系統運作之安全性。本論文詳述其系統架構的建置並由測試結果得知,本行動裝置確實可以達到馬達驅動系統之無線遠端監控的目的。
Recently, due to the prominent development of mobile technologies and wireless communication inherited in the PDA device, the feature of such device is suitable to develop the mobilized operating platform. This thesis reports on the implementation of wireless remote supervisory control of motor driving system based on Mobile Pocket-PC. The supervisory functions include controlling on motor rotation and speed; V/F Curve monitoring. Because the motor control platform is no longer confined in the limited working field but can be mobilized to anywhere at anytime, the integration of manufactory process would become more convenient whereas wireless communication network is available. Test results verify the feasibility of the proposed platform to achieve wireless remote supervisory control.
