As globalization is happening today, supply chain player develop coordination among each player. Supply chain coordination is needed since each player cannot compete as independent player. This study discuss about supply chain coordination with contract focusing in three level supply chain. By study different mechanisms such as quantity discount, revenue sharing contract, and buyback contract in newsvendor model problem, this study compares outcome which is profit in each mechanisms in three level supply chain and also compares to two level supply chain. The result shows that profit in three level supply chain is decreased compare to two level supply chain. Moreover, in three level supply chain, each contract mechanism can give different profit outcome to each player in coordination.
