  • 鋼鐵產業為各項工業之基礎,對於國家經濟發展扮演重要的角色。鋼鐵製造業具有高能源密集、高投資低報酬率的特性,獲利原本就不易。台灣鋼鐵製造面對內需型之需求市場,加上供應鏈已進入細分工模式的成熟期,導致產業競爭更加激烈。鋼鐵供應鏈如何維持競爭力或尋求轉型,成為企業永續經營之重要課題。
    本研究以身處鋼鐵鋼結構產業的W個案公司為例,採商業模式帆布圖的理論觀點進行研究,探討個案公司如何運用商業模式的轉軸,系統性地規劃與執行九大要素,進一步帶動企業轉型,期望研究成果提供未來鋼結構產業進行商業模式創新之參考。
    本研究採取質性研究中的個案研究法,藉由初級與次級資料之蒐集,經閱讀與分類後,進一步分析及與理論對話,產生對個案之理解與詮釋。
    本研究結果有以下發現:
    一、 鋼結構業進行客戶導向的一站式鋼構製造整合服務,可為顧客創造價值。
    二、 多元完整的生產線,係一站式鋼構製造整合服務之關鍵資源。
    三、 與客戶協同接案,讓客戶將W公司的工廠當作自家延伸工廠,幫助客戶快速成長,係維持客戶關係的秘訣。
    四、 國際認證、數位化生產履歷與管理,係軸轉為一站式鋼構製造整合服務的關鍵活動。
    五、 同時多案件的專案管理,係軸轉為一站式鋼構製造整合服務的關鍵活動。

    Numerous other sectors rely on the steel industry, which in turn contributes significantly to the national economy. Profitability is challenging in the steel industry due to its high energy consumption, large investment required, and low return rate. But, the market is experiencing intense industry competition as a result of the shift toward domestic demand and the supply chain's maturity in providing professional services. For businesses to be managed in a sustainable way, the steel supply chain must undergo a transformation.
    This study takes the W case company as an example from the steel structure industry. The nine new components from the business model theory that drive the case company's growth were developed using the business model pivot, which I examined using the business model canvas as a guide. The findings of this study should inform the development of new business models in the steel structure industry in the future.
    The qualitative research approach used in this study is the case study method. The main data collection is from the interview to the three top 3 management in the W company. After reading, categorizing, and collecting primary and secondary data, the case is further analyzed and interpreted through theoretical dialogue.
    Here are some key takeaways from the study:
    1. Offering customer-centric, all-encompassing integration services for steel structure production is one way the steel structure industry can add value for consumers.
    2. One-stop integrated steel structure manufacturing services rely on diverse and complete production lines as their key resources.
    3. Improving customer relationships requires fostering collaboration on projects, enabling customers to perceive the steel structure manufacturing facilities of W Company as an extension of their own operations, and providing support in facilitating their rapid expansion.
    4. Key activities such as digital production records, digital production management, and international certification are prioritized by one-stop integrated steel structure manufacturing services.
    5. As part of the transition to integrated service, one-stop steel structure manufacturing focuses on managing multiple cases simultaneously.
